Beatbreak why, Beatbreak, Beatbreak why. Beatbreak. Beatbreak. Beatbreak why.
You know what I don't careeee I don't even careeee, it's finee what else can Beatbreak possibly do to me. Huh?
Ripping off the spoiler bandaids because I. don't. even. CARE. Do your WORST, Beatbreak, it won't even PHASE me- you cannot phase me Beatbreak, it is not possible anymore.
I'll post the rest of my attacks after the end of this season, I just wanted to give this particular one a spotlight because it's a huge attack and also because I have other things to say.
For example, a rundown on what's actually happening, because everyone was wondering (order: left to right, flamons, then everyone else):
- Kindle: the only person here who is both locked in AND having fun.
- Takuya (Corehope's): thought he heard something (you're looking in the wrong direction bozo)
- Marou: noticed Taku wasn't holding his cards up enough and was worried that he might show his hand, so he fixed that for him (clueless)
- Rei: senses Taiga's wretched aura about to approach him and is hiding his cards
- Sin: seconds from crashing out (again) (r.i.p. the table they were playing on last game, maybe you should just be able to handle the wrath of a digimon who got comboed with seven +4s next time) (I would also like to add that he keeps getting a new cup every time he wants more punch rather than using the same cup specifically to piss everyone off)
- Funkmon: genuinely interested in what Okunimon is talking about
- Okunimon (flamon form): Chatting with Funkmon, is unaware that it's her turn
- Takuya (Flamon form) (Pyrolyz3r's): cheating (sore loser)
- Flames: locked in
- San-o: while he looks as though he is also both locked in and having fun, don't be fooled-he just likes the pretty colors.
- AncientGreymon: (Flamon form): social anxiety got the better of her
- Taiga: refusing to interact with anyone except for going up behind Rei and loudly announcing his cards to everyone (the spill under Rei's cup was also Taiga's fault. He spilled his drink and refused to be the only one suffering)
- Lunemon, Zu-Za and AncientGarurumon (Strabimon form): talking about their flames <3 (AncientGaruru is also letting AncientGrey have sips of his punch every now and then because they knocked over theirs and hasn't yet plucked up the courage to climb back down and get another cup)
- Koji (Strabimon form) (Pyrolyz3r's): knows for a FACT that his Takuya's been ignoring him yelling across the room for him (knows he's been cheating) and is about to chew him out
- Daima: just got back from grabbing yet another gallon of punch (they've gone through like 3 gallons by now and at least 1/4 of that had to be wiped up off the floor or table) and also accidentally let Core's Kouji in (he was following her and she didn't know) (I'd also like to add that she has Marou's cup next to hers (just behind AncientGaruru) because she was just gonna fill it up straight from the jug before refilling the bowl. the things you do for your cousin <3)
Kouji (Strabimon form) (Corehope's): TAKUYA IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE SO WE CAN GET BACK TO THE DIGITAL WORLD I SWEAR TO ALL THAT IS HOLY
Also I felt bad that I couldn't think of anything for Stray (Sin's Strabimon) to do that wouldn't just be a copypaste of Rei and Taiga, so here they are at taco bell with Sloth. He didn't wanna socialize so he pretended to get lost. Sloth went with them because they also didn't want to socialize I mean it would be really bad if Stray went apeshit on someone and nobody was there to stop them!

Heyo! The latest volume of @digigirlzine just dropped so I get to post my full piece! I had fun painting Weddinmon doing what she does best - getting a celebration going! I wanted to portray Weddinmon in a Rococo styled painting so I decided to turn my eye towards those by Jean-Honoré Fragonard.
I mainly took inspiration from 2 of his paintings: "The birth of Venus" and "Aurora triumphing over night" though I referenced the latter more.
I came up with 3 concepts and decided to go for the landscape one since it looked more fun and dynamic!
I mainly used the Oil brushes by Max Packs for this piece. I used the turpentine brushes to tighten the sketch and work on the values of the painting. This then became my underpainting.
Looking back, I'm not sure this stage is super necessary since this is digital after all. I guess it can work if I was more wise + skilled +economical with the strokes I put down. Ah well, practice makes perfect!

I got bombed with Ophanimon Falldown X and have since learnt my lesson on actually meaning what I put down in forums LMAO. But I'm very endeared to her now.

Here is my old art of my Flamon and Strabimon OCs. I probably need to rework them a little bit. I just chose the first last name that ended in “mon” that came to mind there are no two houses that hate each other here lmao
I also don’t remember why I named Strabimon that. I tried to give them names that sounded like their actual digimon names. They play soccer, because this is a digimon series, so ofc they do lol. Their friends back in the digital world would be the other “rookie” forms of the other 10 spirits. It’s always annoyed me that the other spirits never got designated rookies, like, sure, Tinkermon and kokabuterimon and others are good picks, but they’re not made to be the rookie forms, they’re just the best of what we got. So if I ever show their friends back in the digital world they’d be OCs
YEAHHHHHHH JOIN USS JOIN USSSS. They're so cute, I love Flynn's little pose that's imitating his horns and Senna's hair is so big and poofy and ridiculous.. I love him. Does this imply that the 10 warriors are a big pack of siblings here..?
I'm also really mad about there not being any other "formal" rookies for the Warrior 10, but on the other hand I'm also cheering because it means we get so many cool fan designs instead lol.
