The Java Server is an Internet café in Springfield. It was advertised in the magazine Wired. It was the location of a robbery by Snake, who stole money from Homer's bank account to his computer.
In The Simpsons: Hit & Run it is featured in the mission "Vox Nerduli" of Level 2 where the player has to race Comic Book Guy and Bart against a nerd to get to the Java Server first. Comic Book Guy raced to be the first to post a negative review online about the new McBain film, criticizing the film's "dismal" action and inadequate nudity.
