Welcome to the Podfic Calendar! A community event archive for the podfic community, to keep track of podfic-centric & podfic-friendly exchanges, meetups & challenges.

Anyone can post an event to this comm, whether they’re an organiser, participant or spectator/listener. Please check before you post that the event hasn’t been posted already - we'll remove duplicate events. If your event is already here, you can add any extra information by replying to the post. Additional Info
This is a big bang for small(er) Korean webnovel and webcomic fandoms. Podfic isn't mentioned in the rules, but I discussed adding it with the mods in the server. You can find the discussion in this thread. In general, they are flexible and open to suggestions.
There are currently more artists than writers signed up/who expressed interest, so it's likely that several artists will be matched with the same writer.

Voiceteam is a Discord-based annual event for the podfic community. Players are grouped into teams of around a dozen players each. Then across three week-long rounds in May, players can earn points for their team by making voice-based or voice-adjacent creations that fulfill different challenges. Each round begins with ten new challenges being revealed, and then teams are set loose to strategize, create, earn points, and have fun!

Its aim is to provide bingo cards of gen-style prompts to be used as inspiration in creating fic, images, meta, fanmixes, vids or any other kind of fannish activities. Although the prompts themselves are "Gen" (i.e., no prompts are specifically about romance or sex) fills may be of any genre, style or rating.

Prompt lists are renewed at the start of December and April, and new cards can be claimed then even if a previous card has not been completed. There is an amnesty period for posting fills that can not be used for bingo claims from August to the end of November.

Please do not post individual prompt fills to the community. Post these to your own journal or other community space and only post to the community once you have completed a bingo. You may know that we’re not having a meetup this October, instead moving it to early 2026; you may not know that we’re also choosing a new venue. We want your help to figure out exactly WHEN and WHERE it will be:
