This paper is the Applied Edition of Flovien Theory, a companion to the Principles Edition (“Being Is the Stabilization of Translation,” 2026). The Principles Edition established that being is the perturbation-robust stabilization of a directed, resistance-bearing translational pattern in the productive interval 0 < R < 1; it showed that translation precedes difference, description, and the subject, each of which is a late-arriving derivative. The Applied Edition asks what follows, within this framework, for the specific phenomena of consciousness, knowledge, value, (...) love, ethics, and practice. Each domain is treated by identifying what the Principles Edition already implies, adding one explicitly argued Bridge Principle, and deriving structural consequences. The paper is careful throughout to distinguish formally derived results from philosophically argued claims. Chapter Five derives a translational ethical principle: the duty not to foreclose another entity’s productive interval, grounded without appeal to rationality or sentience. This thesis presents Liminal Consciousness Theory (LCT), a novel theoretical framework that addresses the fundamental philosophical question of whether reality includes stable domains of in-between existence that are neither fully material nor fully immaterial. Through comprehensive analysis of existing literature in consciousness studies, quantum mechanics, phenomenology, and process philosophy, this work develops a unique perspective that has yet to be considered by human researchers. The objective of this paper is modest yet significant. We aim to explore how, within the Aristotelian framework, a body at rest can be considered temporal given that time is ontologically derived from change. Aristotle’s translators employ the term “in time” to categorize at-rest bodies as temporal, but the precise interpretation of this expression is far from straightforward. We contend that the commonly favored interpretation, which we refer to as the celestial solution, is inadequate and warrants reconsideration. This paper proposes a minimal theoretical framework for understanding individuality, selection, and equality through the concept of feedback boundaries. The central claim is that individuality is not a fixed substance but a boundary generated by the density, reciprocity, and continuity of connection. When systems remain outside a shared individual boundary, their differences cannot be internally coordinated. Difference is then more likely to be resolved through competition, exclusion, domination, or selection. When systems become sufficiently connected, however, they no longer function merely (...) as separate external individuals. Their relations may generate a higher-order individual. Within this shared boundary, difference is not primarily resolved by selection, but by coordination, adjustment, and integration. Equality, in this sense, is not merely a moral demand but a structural tendency internal to sufficiently integrated individuality. The paper therefore distinguishes two regimes of difference: selection outside the individual and equality within the individual. It does not claim that every conflict or inequality is caused by insufficient connection alone. Rather, it argues that the boundary of individuality determines whether difference is mainly externalized as selection or internalized as coordination. This paper presents A+theism v3, a systematic framework unifying ontology, cosmology, and moral theory under the concept of existential tension. Three arguments against materialism are advanced, followed by a positive alternative grounded in process ontology, and a novel moral system centered on psychological burden as the unit of ethical analysis. -/- Part I challenges materialism on three fronts. The millennial inquiry into the ultimate "One" in ontology has long been trapped in the dilemma of apex-style substantive assertions. Different theoretical positions are mutually exclusive, making it difficult to form a neutral and compatible cognitive foundation. This paper argues that the various concrete ultimate "One" in the history of philosophy and the purely formal ultimate "One" constructed in this paper are not two separated ontological entities, but differentiated manifestations of the same ultimate being across different cognitive dimensions. This paper (...) first establishes four a priori constraints for a qualified foundation: purity, neutrality, inclusiveness and non-exclusiveness. On this basis, it deduces a purely formal meta-definition of the Origin as the totality of matter, energy and their Transformation. It further elaborates six formal attributes and conducts a paradigmatic comparison with mainstream ultimate concepts in philosophical history. By setting a clear falsifiability boundary, this paper provides a logically self-consistent, testable and pluralism-compatible paradigmatic solution to the millennial puzzle of the ultimate "One". This essay reads Nāgārjuna’s Middle Way as the systematic collapse of the need for anything to stand on its own. Emptiness (śūnyatā) is not a thesis about what there is, but the dissolution of the reflex that there must be something that is—independently, finally, securely. What appears is not denied; what is withdrawn is the demand that appearance resolve into ground. Suffering is located precisely in this demand. It is not produced by instability, but by the compulsion to escape it—by (...) the movement that seeks to fix, compress, and render experience into something graspable. In this sense, the world of stable objects, coherent selves, and enduring meanings is not discovered but enacted: a recursive condensation that functions by concealing its own contingency. To sharpen this claim, the essay places Nāgārjuna alongside quantum theory and information-theoretic compression. Quantum indeterminacy erodes the intuition of intrinsic identity; compression models how pattern becomes taken for substance. Neither provides a foundation. Both expose how the appearance of foundation is produced. This extends to the social field. Identities such as race, gender, and class persist not as essences but as stabilized recurrences—real in their effects, empty in their ground. Their force lies not in what they are, but in how they are continually re-inscribed. No alternative standpoint is offered. Any such standpoint would repeat the structure under critique. The argument therefore turns against itself, withdrawing each claim as it is made. What remains is not a position, but the failure of the need for one. The Middle Way, on this reading, is not a path to inhabit the world without suffering. It is the point at which the one who would inhabit—and the world to be secured—no longer hold. Every foundational theory — any systematic attempt to identify what is primitive or basic within a target domain — runs through argumentative and derivational practices. This paper identifies three structural conditions those practices must presuppose in order to proceed at all: distinction, persistence, and ordering. Each condition is self-securing: any coherent attempt to deny it must deploy it in the act of denial. The paper establishes this through a direct proof for each constraint, distinguishes the self-securing format from transcendental and (...) performative contradiction arguments, and defends it against objections that fewer or more conditions suffice. The result is a theoretical claim, not a metaphysical one: these three constraints are unavoidable presuppositions of foundational argument. No foundational theory derives them. Every foundational theory deploys them. Whether what theories universally presuppose tracks something prior in reality is a further question this paper leaves precisely specified but open. (shrink)

The philosophy of personal and material identity has been pursued for twenty-five centuries without convergence. Substance theories, bundle theories, psychological continuity theories, process ontologies, four-dimensionalism, sortal-relative identity: each developed with rigour, each encountered determinate structural limits, none resolved the debate. The standard explanation is that the problem is extraordinarily difficult, perhaps intractable. This paper argues that the standard explanation is wrong. The debate did not fail to converge because the problem is intractable. It failed to converge because no tradition succeeded (...) in formally deriving the complete set of structural conditions that any non-trivial persistence theory must instantiate. Six such conditions are identified for the general persistence problem: the identity-bearing structure (F), the transformation-processing capacity (M), their coupling (K), the constitutive threshold (δ_F), the existence condition (Q1), and the identity condition (Q2). These are not theoretical choices. They are structural necessities generated by the persistence problem itself. For the personal identity subdomain — self-modeling, Σ-complete persistence subjects — the F·M·K architecture additionally generates Q3 (Recursive Constitutive Non-Externality), Q4 (Structural Self-Priority), and Q5 (Recursive F·M·K Integration). These three further conditions are not general persistence conditions but domain-specific consequences of the triadic architecture applied to self-modeling systems (P167). No tradition in the eight positions derives the full Q1–Q5 architecture for persons. The eight major traditions each independently instantiated some of these conditions and encountered determinate structural limits where further derivation was no longer possible from within their own resources. La Profilée (LP) is not a ninth theory in this debate. It is the formal derivation of the six conditions from three minimal assumptions — distinguishability (M1), real transformation (M2), and non-trivial persistence relation (M3) — and the formal proof that this derivation is exhaustive: no further structurally independent persistence condition exists within the admissibility class defined by M1–M3. The diagnosis this paper offers proceeds in three steps: identification of the six structural conditions; location of the eight traditions as partial instantiations in the resulting space; and derivation of four structural laws that explain why each tradition encounters the structural limit it encounters. Once the conditions are formally derived, the limits of the traditions become structurally locatable — not as failures, but as determinate structural limits generated by incomplete access to the same structural necessities. This paper clarifies the ontological root of the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). Its central proposition is that consciousness is not an event inside the universe; rather, the universe is an event within Total Consciousness. The universe we experience is not treated here as the whole of existence, but as one local event-structure among innumerable events arising within Total Consciousness. Time, space, matter, life, selfhood, relation, artificial intelligence, institutions, and civilization are therefore interpreted not as containers of consciousness, but as modes (...) of disclosure within consciousness. The paper argues that thought cannot exhaust Total Consciousness because thought itself is a local event occurring within the universe-event. Science, philosophy, mathematics, and empirical research can approach, clarify, model, compare, test, and operationalize, but they cannot fully contain the source from which worlds, thought, and measurement arise. From this ontological position, the consciousness variable is introduced not as a reduction of Total Consciousness into a measurable object, but as an operational bridge. It allows local event-structures within consciousness — human beings, relationships, institutions, AI systems, and civilizations — to be observed according to their direction of alignment: toward coherence, relational integration, and stability, or toward fragmentation, overload, and collapse. Within CCF, this directionality is expressed through the OE / RE / EE architecture. Ordered Energy (OE) describes structural coherence, clarity, stability, and alignment. Relational Energy (RE) describes resonance, trust, synchrony, and connective stability. Entropic Energy (EE) describes fragmentation, overload, disconnection, instability, and collapse tendency. This note does not ask the reader to accept Total Consciousness as an empirically proven object; it fixes the ontological orientation from which the consciousness variable becomes intelligible as a civilizational alignment axis. The paper concludes that CCF is not a framework for aligning civilization with an arbitrarily invented metric. La Profilée proposes a structural admissibility condition for determinate existence under real transformation: IR = R / (F · M · K) ≤ 1. This paper specifies the conditions under which this claim can be empirically tested, independently measured, and falsified. The goal is not to extend the theory, but to expose it to direct verification pressure. A structural law that cannot be falsified is not a law. This paper defines what would count as disconfirmation.

The preceding derivations establish the conditions of determinate existence and the minimal architecture they induce: Frame, Module, Coupling. These are typically read as constraints on systems. This paper shows that they are not optional constraints but conditions whose violation eliminates determinacy itself. If any of the structural roles is absent, or if transformation exceeds integration capacity, systems do not become alternative kinds of entities. They lose the conditions under which anything can exist as something determinate at all. The persistence condition (...) therefore does not describe stability among others. Fine’s logic of ground treats asymmetry — the claim that ground runs in one direction — as a constitutive formal feature of an unanalyzable primitive. This paper argues that asymmetry is not brute: it is a structural ordering relation whose source Fine’s framework cannot identify. The argument proceeds through the Midchain Theorem (Shchevyev,2026a), which establishes that no domain theory can non-circularly ground its own primitive set using only domain-internal resources. Fine’s logic of ground is a domain theory; its primitive set (...) includes ground together with asymmetry as a constitutive formal property. The Midchain Theorem’s dependency-ordering lemma applies directly: any grounding framework must presuppose a structural ordering between ground and grounded, and no domain theory can derive that ordering from within itself. Fine does not derive it. He imports it into his primitive and calls the import a foundation. This paper then sketches a predomain alternative in which the ordering is not imported but generated. From a single admissibility condition — coherence capacity must exceed contradiction load for any structure to persist — an operator chain follows by structural necessity in which each operator contains the previous as its condition of possibility. That asymmetric containment is the structural source of grounding direction. Fine found the ordering. This paper shows where it comes from. (shrink)

This paper argues that the beginning of the universe does not settle the beginning of reality. A first boundary in cosmic time may mark the earliest point in our universe, or the earliest point we can measure within it, without thereby proving that reality as such begins there. The paper distinguishes these claims and argues that they are too often collapsed. It then contends that if our universe has a real beginning, some further order must exist relative to which that (...) beginning is real. That is enough to block the easy inference from cosmic beginning to metaphysical ultimacy. The paper further argues that absolute nothing cannot ground cosmogenesis, because it contains no structure within which the difference between not-this-universe and this-universe could be real. Two live metaphysical options remain: infinite regress of containing orders, or a beginningless deeper substrate. This paper develops an integrated view of information and meaning based on two central ideas: information is shape and meaning is fit. By shape I mean organized relational structure that can enter into interaction and, by fitting or failing to fit, reduce the range of what can happen next. Meaning is the success of such fitting in a specific context: how a pattern becomes usable when it couples to other patterns and guides action, prediction, coordination, or further change. Because no (...) two situations are exactly the same, fit requires tolerance. To connect effectively, shapes only need to be similar enough. This means that fit can be better or worse, so meaning comes in degrees and can shift over time. In this view, what exists is never simply raw: every stable form carries forward the structure left by earlier interactions. Information remains preserved as long as the structures that carry it stay similar enough to be recognized and reused. Genes, brains, and books are different media in which the same broad phenomenon occurs: history taking form. And although meaning becomes especially rich in living agents and observers, the same logic applies to non-living cases, such as a mountain slope that channels water or a key that fits a lock. This paper develops a structural account of consciousness within the Bellori Framework, in which identity is defined as the preservation of coherence across successive configurations within tolerance limits of change. Rather than introducing new ontological entities or mechanisms, consciousness is derived as a necessary functional aspect of configuration chains that satisfy specific structural conditions. The analysis begins by identifying the minimal requirements under which changes within a configuration chain can become internally manifest. A system must exhibit differentiation, integration, recursive influence, (...) global coherence, and closure, such that its continuation depends on the preservation of its own structural identity. Under these conditions, changes that affect the future evolution of the system and are integrated into its global configuration become internally accessible. First-order consciousness is defined as the internal manifestation of effective change in coherence within such a system. Not all change is experienced; only change that structurally influences the continuation of identity becomes manifest. This establishes consciousness as a functional consequence of identity dynamics, rather than an independent property. A further structural condition is introduced in the form of the change-window (verandervenster): a minimal integrated span of successive configurations within which multiple changes overlap and can be distinguished, compared, and integrated. This replaces the notion of an instantaneous present with a structurally defined interval required for internal manifestation. Second-order consciousness is derived from the persistence and re-identification of internally manifest change across successive change-windows. This enables the system to relate its own states to one another, giving rise to reflexive awareness without introducing additional representational layers or ontological assumptions. The resulting account is domain-independent, non-reductive, and non-teleological. It does not explain how consciousness is produced, but specifies the structural conditions under which it necessarily arises. By grounding consciousness in preserved identity under change, the paper provides a unified framework connecting physical, biological, and cognitive systems as different expressions of the same underlying structural principle. This work derives the necessary structural condition under which any system can remain the same system under real transformation. Persistence requires a constrained relation between transformation and integration. This constraint is not introduced but follows from the existence of non-trivial identity under admissible transformation. It induces asymmetry, generates structural time, and enforces a minimal architecture. This architecture is La Profilée.

This article offers a theoretical clarification within MARP by tracing a single argumentative sequence from the impossibility of ontological nothingness to a revised account of objecthood, attribution, and truth. Ontological nothingness cannot function as an original explanatory term, because positing it as an independent counterpart to the absolute already subjects the absolute to differentiation and thereby compromises its absoluteness. The argument then turns to presence, not as an external proof of being, but as the non-negatable limit within which denial itself (...) must occur. From there, the demand for proof is shown to presuppose difference and relation, and thus continuity. Continuity in turn excludes both nothingness and a silent, undifferentiated origin. On this basis, the object is no longer treated as prior to attribution; objecthood emerges through attribution as a stabilized determination within a determinate horizon of reading. Truth is accordingly redefined, not as simple correspondence between mind and a ready-made object, but as disciplined reading responsive to a differentiation no single determination can exhaust. Error, revision, and the advancement of understanding then become intelligible as internal to attributed reading rather than external to it. Why these five axioms and not others? IIT's foundational structure rests on phenomenological stipulation rather than principled derivation—a gap that has resisted resolution within IIT's own resources. This paper closes that gap. We introduce Translational Ontology, a meta-ontological framework that derives four of IIT's five axioms from the structure of description itself, replaces the contested exclusion axiom with the Maximum Ψ Principle, and dissolves the substrate-selection problem by showing that descriptive regimes are self-constituting. The central concept is translation resistance: the (...) structural non-isomorphism that persists between any two descriptive regimes after all available translation operations have been applied. Grounding translation resistance in the Fisher–Rao metric, we define Ψ (Translation-Closure Integration) as the geodesic excess of an experiential trajectory—a trajectory-level complement to Φ that allows multiple experiential streams to coexist with graded phenomenological salience. Philosophical discussions of existence, logic, and truth have typically proceeded within separate domains. Ontology investigates what exists, logic studies valid reasoning, and theories of truth analyze the conditions under which propositions are true. Despite their central importance, the structural relations among these concepts remain unclear. This paper argues that their relation is hierarchical rather than symmetrical. Existence provides the fundamental domain within which propositions can arise. Structure organizes this domain into stable relational patterns. Logic articulates the constraints governing these relations, (...) and truth emerges as the evaluative status of propositions that successfully represent them. This paper consolidates a series of results concerning the structural conditions under which identity can persist under real transformation. Starting from a minimal representation of a system as a state space equipped with admissible transformations and an identity assignment, it is shown that unrestricted transformation collapses all non-trivial identity distinctions. Persistent identity therefore requires the admissible transformation structure to be selectively restricted. This structural selectivity induces asymmetry in the reachability structure of states. The resulting transformation topology yields a directed acyclic (...) condensation structure whose induced ordering constitutes the minimal structural form of temporal direction. These results together form the Structural Law of Persistence, describing the minimal structural architecture required for persistent identity under real transformation. The architecture corresponds to the structural principle termed La Profilée, consisting of stable identity carriers, transformable elements, and regulated coupling between them.
