It's Always More Complicated

Finally had my in-person physio appointment with the Musculo-Skeletal Service apropos of the knee issue.

Which, following the phone consultation, I have had a set of exercises for which have been rather effective, though, this consultation concluded, were capable of improvement.

It was at the clinic that is uphill all the way, yea, to the very end, opposite Parliament Hill itself.

Both the weather apps on my phone predicted RAIN, or possibly SHOWERS, so I was obliged to take a bag in order to have something to carry an umbrella in, which of course ensured that downpour held off.

Took the bus to Archway, and then walked rather than transferring to another bus for 3-4 stops.

As a result I have discovered that, mirabile dictu, there is a Cat Cafe in Holloway Road, with real live rescue moggies. I must say the exterior looked rather scruffier and downmarket than that website would lead one to anticipate.
