But did manage to meet up with the fellow-scholar I encountered last week as pre-arranged in the courtyard of the British Library and had a very fun chat about Matters of Mutual Interest.

That must have been entertaining for anyone listening....

Also managed to do a spot of prep for Book Group as I still can't find a biography I'm pretty sure I once had, but was able to access the BL's copy.

There was Some Problem with the lockers in the basement, but did manage to get this sorted so that I could actually get one to work and put my bag in and lock it up (and it gave no trouble at all opening up again).

It is deeply weird that BL Editions are not in the Bookshop but in the Shop (I was looking for their Women Writers series). However, I did come across in the Bookshop a volume by Margaret Drabble of essays etc that I had not even known existed. Have not seen anything at all about this anywhere WOT.
