The keyword is WHOLESOME. The idea is unique and heartwarming, and it is designed so that it actually works the way the devs intended and is a joy to play! I also appreciate the tiny little details and sounds; they make the experience very immersive. The ending is the best I've ever experienced in a co-op game.

Friendship Evolved. This game reminded me how blessed I am to have a group of close, hilarious and reliable friends. There is so much moment-to-moment joy in this game. Getting lost, enjoying the world, rejoicing after a fortuitous rendezvous, planning together, uncovering mysteries, whimsical horseplay, serendipitous moments of wonder, and so on... You are supposed to play this game with friends, preferably close friends. Yes, it may not be fun if you're playing with acquaintances, or heaven forbid, strangers (just don't). BUT, this doesn't take away just how incredible of an experience this game is when the stars align, and your friends can come together to plan and journey out on your next excursion. It's an experience like no other, and of course, that experience is driven by the bonds between the people you play it with.

No content, incredibly boring, only entertaining with friends. Just join a discord call with your friend and play some other GOOD co op games like peak or lethal company instead of playing this overpriced crap game.

Es un juegazo, apareces en una especie de lobby donde te enseña lo primordial del juego pero el juego en sí no te muestra como un camino a donde ir o seguir y la verdad lo eh jugado con 1 amigo y nosotros mismo hacemos llegar a un objetivo o ir a tal lado y sabemos más de la isla en la que nos rodea, hacer puzzle a sido lo más fácil o lo más tedioso pero después de terminar ese puzzle siento un alivio y una dopamina increíble el nivel de comunicación que tuve con mi amigo y la confianza se incrementó al mil por este juego

Ótimo jogo, dei várias risadas e ate em 2 pessoas é muito engraçado e legal, divertido com suas dinâmicas. Uma observação é o chat de voz que é muito baixo, se arrumarem isso pra mim fica INCRÍVEL

È da un po' che non gioco ad un videogioco del genere, non sarà un gioco rivoluzionario, non inventa nulla di particolare, ma è un party game confezionato a dovere, divertente, gioioso e enigmatico, che mi mette un enorme voglia di esplorare. God I LOVE Big Walking. The term "friendslop" has been used to refer to games like R.E.P.O, and Lethal Company. However, this game is a FRIENDGEM!!! I've had so much fun doing the puzzles, and just talking with my friends, and trying to figure out where the HELL we are sometimes! GOTY for me.

Big walk is one of the strongest games that was released this year. It has some of the most creative puzzles and level design that I had seem on all games, and also is so interesting how the pacing of the game work

What a memorable experience. It's evident the developers were very thoughtful with every aspect of the game's design. It's a simple game in many ways, but this is clearly intentional and it's design choices only help elevate the experience. There are no menus, no health system, no inventory, no leveling, no quest markers, no journal. It is just you, your voice, two hands and the few items you find throughout the world. The game gives so much space to the players to make their own fun through discovery and interaction. With a good group of friends, you will find the game is well balanced, respects your time, and respects your ability to problem-solve on your own without holding your hand. The discoveries and "aha!" moments are worth every dollar spent. I've walked away from this game desperately searching to find another experience like it, but no other developer seems to understand how to make a digital playground to let you and friends have open-ended fun. The only thing stopping me from giving a 10/10 is wishing there was more. We hit end credits after 15 hours, with maybe another 10 hours of content to 100% it. I wish there were more puzzle variety, more items to meddle with, more island to explore. I understand this is a small team, but a way to extend the playtime from 25 to 50+ hours would really make me bow down and say that this is a perfect game.

Big walk is genuinely one of my favourite games this year and it’s not even close. The fact that you can go anywhere and the challenging puzzles are so fun. It’s amazing too how there are different items like walkie talkies and binoculars. Your friend could be on one side of the map and you would be able to locate eachother. The best thing about the game is the cross compatibility with different systems. I play on switch while my friend plays on pc. And it was still and fun experience. Overall, this game is not one of those “friendslop” games where you play it for 2 days and drop it. It’s a relaxing but also fun game. I recommend it if you have a bunch a friends, or even 1.

This is an amazing game, it is an amazing co op, and even with only three people it is fun, if you haven’t played it, what are you doing, play it now, unless you don’t have friends

An absolutely engaging, immersive, and rewarding experience. Probably one of the best gaming experiences of my life. There are a few conditions, though. In my opinion, you need a group of friends. People you like. And you need to follow the game's principle philosophy. So no using outside voice chat, no using discord or WhatsApp or text messages, and no googling. There's something wonderful about letting things happen naturally and then coming together to solve problems. It's as immersive as you let it. I highly recommend it for anyone who is ready to give it a chance with some friends. I do not recommend the Switch 2 version due to immersion breaking and distracting pop-in and performance issues (barring any fixes down the line), but any other version is great!

Just finished 100% of Big Walk, including all the Purple puzzles and everything else, and I really recommend going beyond just finishing the main game.Getting to the end is one thing, but going for 100% is something else entirely. Some of the extra puzzles are harder and definitely take longer, but they're also some of the most fun I had with the **** best part for me was still playing with random people. You meet complete strangers along the way, somehow figure things out together and then move on to another part of the island with a completely different group. I met some great people doing the extra puzzles and had so much fun trying to work things out together.Going for 100% also means you properly explore the whole map and see parts of the island you could easily miss if you just finish the main **** if you've finished Big Walk and are wondering whether it's worth going back for everything else, absolutely do it. The extra time and harder puzzles are completely worth it.Fantastic game. Really glad I went all the way to 100%.

This game honestly deserves WAY more than a 10. its so relaxing and fun to unwind with my friends. the puzzles really put you to the test and it also builds teamwork with your friends. getting lost in this game is honestly so fun! you could work your way alone to find your friends for over like 10 minutes in silence. i totally advice everyone to get this game

If you're a gamer with friends this will most def be your GOTY this year. First it didn't look like anything special but me and my friends started playing and now we got to bed at 6:00 am bcs of this game. Even better than RE Requiem and honestly any game that came out this year.

When I first Played Big Walk, I thought it was fun, but nothing special. but every single time i play it, it just gets better. I love relaxing with my friends, solving puzzles, and just taking a nice long walk. If you have friends, which you probably don't considering you're a gamer, then do yourself a favor and play Big Walk.

Absolute masterpiece. From the creators of Untitled Goose Game, Big Walk was a game that seemed like just another “friend-slop” game but it’s not at all. Big Walk offers a vast world to explore with friends (up to 12 players) with many different games, puzzles, and other activities to experience. There is so much to do and explore that I could not write down everything. It is an experience that is best enjoyed hands on, and very much deserves its praise from critics. 10/10, highly recommend.

Perfect co-op game. What we wanted, for a long time. Puzzles are co-op based and fun, music is great, map is good.

This isn't friendslop, it's friendgem. You can feel how deliberately and carefully crafted this game is. The Sound is amazing. Not just the music and the ambient, everything you do and hear feels like something special. I love what this game does and what it means in the current time. This is something special to enjoy with your Friends. And if you like me don't have anyone, this game is great to get to know new people.
