Tuthill was a Human serving in the security division aboard the USS Enterprise in 2269.
History
Tuthill was one of three security guards who fought a boarding party led by Romulan subcommander Che'srik Tal aboard the crippled USS Enterprise in 2269. With gravity shut off near the shuttle bay, James T. Kirk, Pavel Chekov and the security guards evaded phaser fire while floating down corridors. Tuthill was hit in the shoulder by a Romulan disruptor blast, but made it to the bridge with Kirk and Chekov. (TOS - Year Four comic: "The Enterprise Experiment, Part 2")
