Digard

Digard was a Human man who served in the operations division as a security officer aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.

History

In 2269, security guards Digard and Ush beamed down to Phylos II along with James T. Kirk, Spock, Leonard McCoy and Hikaru Sulu. Digard was with Sulu when he was poisoned by the retlaw plant. (TAS - Log Two novelization: The Infinite Vulcan)

Digard was named Morgan in episode scripts, but the character was cut from the final episode. Alan Dean Foster restored him for the novelization.
