Look what I got for Drinkswap on yuletide!



These are teas from adagio where you can create fandom blends.
The teas are very tasty and high quality.
Today I drank Jeremy Clarkson and Greg Lestrade. God, that sounds so dirty ;-)

- Tailbone seems to have healed properly. Got another MRT and all seems well. I do sometimes have problems sitting for long periods of time on unprotected wood. (church benches, chairs without cushions, etc.)Otherwise it only bumms me that I lost my record of never having broken anything before. Darn it!

- Going to Top Gear LIVE next year! In Februar in Newcastle upon Thyne! SO EXCITED! Chris declared my insane, obviously, but I don't care! I would have loved to go to London because that would have been awesome with visiting some you, but I can't wait until then! Too far away!
Flight is booked, still have to get accomodation, but with AirBnB that shouldn't be a problem

- Christmas cards aren't all send out yet. Darn!

- YULETIDE STORY ISN'T DONE! ARGGGHHH! I've never been this late. I really noticed the not-happened write-in. I'll finish it today! (and the top gear fic exchange story that is also due on the 20th!) YES, I WILL!

- gynecological goings on which are annoying and involve a lot of running to a lot of doctors. Sigh. Body, what are you doing?

- I'm tired of my work. Or rather not the work itself but the stress and pressure and responsibility that come with it. I come home so tired I don't even want to write mails/comments to friends anymore. I'm sick of work stress draining my mental energy to enjoy the fun things. I either need to get another job (WHAT?! the thing I'm trained in (IT systems administration) always comes with (unplanned) stress and pressure) or go part-time (which might be the easier solution, but it means less money).

- In relation to the above, I FINALLY (after over 15 years) figured out what I want to study. English studies (Anglistik). 
They are taught in English at several german universities, my inner language nerd will get lots of playtime AND I can revel in all the Britishness I want. IN combination with the part-time job it might actually be doable time-wise, but I have to do loads more research if I can even get a place at uni, when the courses take place, etc. etc. It'll mostly be a logistic operation, which will take a lot of energy. Sadly, that particular field of study is not offered at the distance learning university (Open University seems to be the British equivalent to Fernuni Hagen). Otherwise the decision would have been made already.

-Gospel choir concert next saturday and I don't know all the texts by heart yet. ARGH!

That's all I can think of for now.
