Cold Wave is a Blue Magic skill that is learned from Snolls. It deals Ice damage that lowers Agility and gradually reduces HP of enemies within range. The effect of AGI down decreases over time. It costs 1 Blue Magic Point to set. When set, it grants INT -1. It takes 4 seconds to cast and can be recast every 60 seconds.
Cold Wave is also an enemy ability used by the Snoll family.
