Cachusha (カチューシャ, Kachūsha?), also known as Hairband (not to be confused with the separate headgear called hairband) is a recurring piece of equipment in the Final Fantasy series, appearing as part of the female-exclusive equipment. Much like other helmets of this subtype of equipment, the Cachusha offers little stats, similar to the Barette, but offers a great deal of protection against status ailments. It is generally weaker than the Barette.

The Cachusha is an add-on that provides +1 Speed, +2 Magic, and +1 Spirit level up bonuses, as well as +1 Magic Defense, and raises Fire-elemental damage for the user. It teaches the abilities Ability Up, Bright Eyes, and Life, and can be equipped by Dagger, Freya, Eiko, and Beatrix. It can be synthesized for 1,000 gil, Magus Hat, and Rubber Helm at Alexandria, Treno, Daguerreo, Lindblum (second storyline visit onward), or Black Mage Village (before going through the Shimmering Island portal), found in Dali before the card tournament in Treno concludes on the upper windmill, and as a 1/1024 chance treasure during Chocobo Hot and Cold. It is used in synthesis to make the Priest's Racket.

The hairband, also known as Cachusha in older localizations, is one of three hair adornments that can only be equipped by females (prior to The Ivalice Chronicles enhanced mode, where equipment is no longer as gendered as before), Cloud, and the onion knight class, and provides +20 HP as well as immunity to Doom, Undead, Blindness, Silence, Toad, Poison, Slow, Immobilize, and Disable. It can be bought for 20,000 gil after poaching a pig (⅛ chance), or from the Melee and Rendezvous modes in The War of the Lions versions. Celia wears a hairband in the Riovanes Castle Roof battle, unusually as an accessory, from whom the player can steal it.
