Daniel Bird[1] is Enclave President Dick Richardson's Vice President in Fallout 2.
Background[edit]
Bird is described as a small nervous-looking man wearing a food-stained suit.[2] Vice President Bird volunteered as a test subject for an experimental antidote for FEV Curling-13.[3] According to President Richardson, the failed antidote may possibly have had the positive side effect of improving Bird's spelling.[3]
