The Enclave Lieutenant was the commanding officer of the Enclave Commonwealth Remnants unit sent by the Enclave of the Capital Wasteland in the Fallout 4 Creation Club creation X-02 Power Armor.

Background[edit]

An officer of the Enclave, the lieutenant was dispatched to track down and recover the X-02 Power Armor which had been stolen by the Enclave deserter known as the Black Devil. Their progress was monitored by soldiers at the Enclave Field Camp.^[1]

When Sergeant Hodges kidnapped Connie who they believed had information on the Black Devil, the Enclave lieutenant tortured and interrogated the wastelander with the aid of Hodges and Officer Bradley. After Connie informed Sergeant Hodges, the lieutenant left him tied up in the basement of the BADTFL Regional Office to die at the hands of the raiders there. When Hodges was unable to access the room containing the X-02 armor, the lieutenant grew angry and dispatched several officers to Relay Tower 0MC-810 to recanvas the area. His outbursts led Hodges to question his "purity", and wonder if he was "already infected".^[2]

Just breathing this air, I can already feel the taint inching towards my brain. Nevertheless, leaving the safety of the base is justified. Having the X-02 in possession will help us maintain out supply count as we attempt to re-establish contact with the Enclave. In any event, if we fail to uncover any relevant information, it'll be my recommendation to drill your way in. The concrete may prove more forgiving than this lock. "
