Axolotls are consumable creatures found living in Appalachia.
Background[edit]
There are a wide variety of different sized and colored axolotls found in Appalachia. Each one can only be found during a certain month of the year, with locations dependent on each coloration.
Gameplay[edit]
Axolotls were introduced to Fallout 76 in the Gone Fission update. They are considered consumables, which can be cooked into Fish Bits and fed to Linda-Lee. They can only be found by Fishing.

- The Gulper seen in the Fallout Television Series resembles an Axolotl.
- The real world Axolotl can exclusively found in two freshwater lakes in Mexico: Lake Xochimilco and Lake Chalco. These lakes are in the southern region of Mexico City.
