Opossums are creatures found in Appalachia.

Opossums are the mutated descendants of the pre-War North American Opossum, found throughout Appalachia.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Opossums have appendeges spourint from their back, two tails, and multiple heads. The placement of their heads vary. The creatures offer a small amount of experience when killed and flee from the player character if they are approached. They will drop Opossum meat when killed.
Locations[edit]
- At Green Country Lodge.
- Outside of the tavern in Flatwoods.
- At the unmarked sludge trailer, north of the Red Rocket Filling Station.
- Two east of White Powder Winter Sports, on a cliff, in a clearing.
- Deceased opossums are located in the Enclave Research Facility holding cell C02.
- Three just a little further north of the Twin Lakes northern shore.
