(no subject)

So I have had absolutely no control lately. I eat all fucking day or I eat nothing all day and then completley binge at like 10 at night. Fuck!! I am going to run more this summer b/c I want to train for basketball, so I will hopefully lose some major pounds with that.

Tonight I was at a friend's house and we were trying on dresses and like hardly any of them would zip up on me. I felt so goddamn fat. Of course my 2 other friends are freakin sticks and are like "Ugh this dress is so big on me!!" I hate it!!
  Also I went shopping this week and I had to get size 7 pants!! WTF?? What happened to my size 4?? I was so close, I could almost see my goal in front of me, and then I went into major binge mode and I couldn't control myself.  
    Sorry I just really needed to rant...

So, tonight while I was at work I decided that I'm going to fast until I hit my first goal weight. =]
Having dinner tonight with my ex, but afterwards nothing but water until I lose those last four pounds. =D

ED that you have: I haven't been diagnosed by anyone or anything but I restrict, fast (when I can) and am slightly bulimic. I've been battling my weigh loss for a year now, and right now I'm stuck T_T I need something to give me a push so I can make it down past 120. Some days I varie my calorie intake between 300-600. Normally I don't eat breakfast  at 5 in the morning (maybe a piece of celery so I'll have something to burn off and then burn off fat cells.) and I don't eat until around 5 in the evening. I'm not sure if I should start spacing out the things I eat or keep them the way they are....anyone have any tips that I could use? I'm also a black belt in tae kwon do and try to go at least 3 times a week, I take Kendo at my school (normally 2 or 3 times a week) and I have ROTC.

i'm so happy...yesterday morning i weighed myself and i was 129, and this morning i was 126.5. i think its cause yesterday all i had to drink was water, and then my mother made me eat pizza, but it was all less than 500 cals. i was binging this weekend, i feel disgusting, but i'm getting back on track as of yesterday. any support you guys can give would be great!
