Sydney delivered. 🇦🇺 Agentforce World Tour was a great reminder of how quickly the Salesforce ecosystem in APAC-ANZ is evolving. Almost every conversation revolved around the same theme — how organisations are moving from experimenting with AI to actually operationalising it across customer engagement. Had some excellent discussions with customers, partners, and ecosystem leaders on how messaging channels like SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp inside Salesforce are helping teams respond faster, convert better, and scale conversations. I recently sat down with Vincent Motte, VP at VISEO AUSTRALIA, to discuss his entrepreneurial journey and the strategic decisions that built CARNAC into a successful Salesforce consultancy. In 2018, Vincent and his co-founders Yoann Beurier, and Amelia Quodling made a deliberate choice to focus on deep industry expertise in manufacturing, construction, and property rather than competing purely on technical capabilities. This focus on understanding client businesses helped CARNAC grow to 30 people before being acquired by VISEO in 2023. In this conversation, Vincent shares insights on building industry-led practices, scaling consulting teams, successfully co-founding with your spouse, integrating businesses post-acquisition, and what he's learned about AI implementation in enterprise.
