I refer to your letter dated 1 October 1999.
1. Consent
While I accept that you do not have the capability to read the thoughts of others, I would like to make the point that resistence or verbal refusal of consent are not required where there is actual knowledge of lack of consent. I would argue that given the history of our interactions since the death of your sister, such knowledge is and was present. Furthermore, a reasonable person would realise that where such serious violence is involved, consent cannot simply be assumed. I would also suggest that the violence was so extreme as to be beyond consent.
2. Identity
You claim that my usage of the expression 'no longer' implies that you are the person with whom I initially--
Wait. What?
Who are you, and what have you done with Fuuma? I mean, not Fuuma. I mean, the person who used to be-- okay, look, is this some kind of split personality disorder? Have you turned into a new Fuuma now? Because you know, blowing up the planet is not the answer! We can seek help! I'm sure there's medication for this kind of thing! I'll go to counselling with you, we can work through this!
If you stop sticking swords through my anatomy, anyway. I mean it, that's just not cool!
And you better NOT have cheated on me. Possible mental disorders or NOT, that's no excuse. And if you have... if you have, I'll... I'll... um... I'll elope with Subaru to Okinawa, so THERE.

I refer to your letter dated 19 July 1999. I would like to address the issues addressed therein.
Consent to abusive behaviour
It is not necessary for consent to be verbal. Your reactive behaviour during the incidents of alleged 'emotional and physical injury' was such as could lead the objective observer to the not unreasonable conclusion of silent consent, or at the very least acceptance. Whilst my talents do extend beyond the bounds of normal mortals, telepathic communication is not included, and therefore I cannot be expected to have knowledge of the quality of your consent unless it is stated verbally and clearly. In the absence of such express communication, any silence will understandably be construed as acceptance.
Identity
It is your claim that 'for all intents and purposes' I am no longer the person with whom you entered into this relationship. With all due respect, I would like to state that the expression 'no longer' carries with it the implication of some form of progress, meaning that at some point I was the person with whom you entered into a formal and serious relationship, and it is from that person in the past from which I have developed. As you and I have continued our relationship over this time, I find it difficult to believe that the Monou Fuuma of today is so wholly unfamiliar to you as to be a complete third party. The person with whom you are now in communication with should be considered to be a logical and natural progression from the person you first entered a relationship with.
Alleged adultery
Unless you have obtained solid and accurate evidence that I have been unfaithful, this issue will not be addressed.
Finally, with regards to your accusation that I intend to destroy the human race, I would like to point out that as you are part of said human race and I do not wish for your complete destruction, it is inaccurate for you to presume such genocidal desires on my part.
