Sometime in 2012 I purchased a Tom Hiddleston signature from 258 West Authentic Signatures. Tom tweeted the link to buy them so I went and bought one. Amazingly I don't think I ever talked about it on here nor on tumblr (I could have sworn I did but I can't find any entries so shenanigans).

But now I am! And it's only because I want to sell the thing. I originally planned to hang it up somewhere but tbh I don't think I can really appreciate this like another fan can. Auction is here and bidding starts at $55. I'm willing to ship internationally so you know, let your friends know if they have the spare cash.

I'm hoping to get back the money I spent and have enough for shipping as well.

Oh damn. It's been a month since my last post huh? Ugh. I meant to post like three weeks ago? Ugh idk when I uploaded this photo but whatever:



Anyway, in my publishing class we had to read this because the author was coming in for a Q&A. Now let me start by including a summary of the novel from Goodreads:

"In an age of reality TV, a husband and wife cling to Victorian notions of privacy, though doing so threatens the life of the wife. Their daughter Anna yearns for her mother's unguarded affection, and eventually learns there is value in restraint. But Anna, a Caribbean American immigrant, finds that lesson harder to accept when, eager to assimilate in her new country, she discovers that a gap yawns between her and American-born citizens."

You can only guess how well this went over in a class of mostly white upper middleclass students. ( Collapse )

In other news I finished all my homework due tomorrow before noon today so HELL FUCKING YEAAAAAHHH. My mood is pretty improved because of that.

Okay so I'm getting rid of stuff. Most of what you'll find under the cut are Doctor Who and BBC Sherlock with one lone Supernatural shirt related. I'm not quite as fond of these fandoms anymore and as a result haven't used any of the shirts in about a year. I'd rather they go to a good home where they can be worn more often also I really need the closet space. Prices and details follow after pictures of everything.
