- Today is my 16th #HIVAnniversary It’s always an awkward, agonising day. Being diagnosed when “not out” to my family meant a terrifying six months before on Boxing Day 2004 I came out to my family as #Gay and #HIV+ A doubly difficult experience which will never be forgotten.

- 32 years today, #section28 was established by the then #Tory government. It ruined & destroyed young #LGBT lives. I was 9 at the time. It’s imposition meant School became a place of horror & pain for me.Thanks to @EdwardJDavey who moved the amendment to scrap it in 2003! @LGBTLD
