Biography
Henry Spring was born on 1 March 1662 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay, the son of Mehittable Spring and Henry Spring.[1][2]
He was married to Lydia Cutting.[2] Their children were:
- Lydia Spring (1686–1769)[3]
- Anna Spring (1691–1770)[3]
- Henry Spring (1692–1756)[3]
- Sarah Spring (1695–?)[4]
- Mehitabel Spring (1700–1760)[3]
- Elizabeth Spring (1701–1764)[3]
- Susanna Spring (1705/6?–?)[3]
Henry died in 1749 in Watertown.[2]
Research notes
There is a glaring error included in the Genealogical and family history of central New York,[5] which states that Henry married in 1662 (he was in fact born in 1662).
