1st Logo (March 12, 1999)

Visuals: On a cloud background, the planet earth zooms in and cracks in half, followed by both of the halves moving away from each other vertically. The yellow cursive text "Matharu Films" then zooms in from the center, with the earth moving to the letter "i" and flashing slowly. The clouds stop afterwards.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A dramatic fanfare.

2nd Logo (December 6, 2002)

Visuals: On a black space background with green and white stars zooming towards the camera, 5 colored polygon shapes were connected and then the silver star forms it where 5 silver polygon shapes zooms in, 7 orange brighter letters "MATHARU" zooms in, and then the word "FILMS" inside the filmstrip moves to the right before the sequence fades out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An excerpt of The Matrix Main Theme, but it is high-pitched, followed by 8 loud whooshes, and the first half of the 1996 Warner Home Video theme.
