Not that I don’t love my family, but a woman from church invited me to Thanksgiving this year and it is the least stressed I have ever been on a holiday. It is time-limited (and I don’t have to sleep on the floor with my brother, 6 cousins, +/- a foreign exchange student), no one gets drunk and shouts, there are no Republicans present, and there is a large and adorable cat. Also no one yells at me for not eating enough.
