The whole “they voted for it” rhetoric in regard to the low quality of life in red states (specifically in the south) makes me want to start killing and maiming. Frothing at the mouth and clawing. It is easier to turn your empathy off and classism on and say “all the people in that state are stupid broke redneck white trash so why should I care about them”, I’m sure.
