Kain from Lost Universe looks like Comet! O.O Kain did exist long before I created Comet, but I didn't see him until recently so I can assure that Comet was in no way based on Kain. I wasn't even that much into the Slayers series when I wrote Don't Give Me Diamonds (Pokemon) and it was because I later watched Slayers and after writing Slayers: Alive that I decided to look up Lost Universe because it's by the same author. I'm still on episode 1, watching bits and pieces during breaks at work. It makes sense that Kain is somewhat similar to Lina as they are the protagonists of anime by the same author, but the comet thing is totally random. XD Just go to Google image and type Lost Universe Kain and you'll see what I mean.

June 18

Yesterday I filled in on the afternoon shift of the airplane gas station near the airport. I'm only there as a backup and still do my usual night flight shift. I do wish I had the gas station as my regular shift. It's so good to spend two thirds of the time watching videos and playing PSP only occasionally actually having to work. Then it's easy work anyway, write down IDs, give out contractor badges and keep records of them, answer the phone and radio and scan credit cards when someone needs to pay for fuel. Customers are few since the regular cargo flights are not that many and only so many people own aircrafts. I haven't seen any helicopters yet, though they do service them. I did see a very pretty small private jet yesterday and posted a picture of it at DA, along with a few other random pics. The passenger airline pics (night) are from the airport and the pics that are by the window (day) are from a different runway that's next to the gas station, but the runways are connected, though it's like 5 minutes in a car from the airport to the gas station.

I've been watching some more episode of Lost Universe. It reminds me of Outlaw Star with Kain and Gene as the redhead protagonist and Melphina and Canal as the living ship control, albeit Canal is so much better than Melphina.

I had a weird dream, but didn't have time to blog about it. I was in the Fate/Extra universe with Zelas as my "servant" except she claimed to be the master who fought battles because she didn't need help from her servant who was supposed to be me. I was in the elevator set to fight against Rin, who had Milgazia as her servant. Then this happened:

Zelas: "Milgzia..."

Rin: "So you know who he is... then you should know that a golden dragon elder will not be defeated."

Mikari: "My ser- I mean... Beast Master Zelas, eats golden dragons..."

Rin: "..."

Milgazia: "...she does hunt my kind for dragon cuisine occasionally..."

Rin: "..."

The elevator reaches the arena and the fight starts.

Zelas: *kills Rin* (Note that I don't hate rin, this is just how the dream went!)

Milgazia: "You were supposed to fight me!"

Zelas: "These fights are too easy, take me lace and struggle by this girl's side." *disappears*

Milgazia: "...I guess this means you're my new master..."

Later we come out of the elevator and find Rani with her servant Xellos.

Xellos: "It looks like you won, but Beast Master has abandoned you..."

Later when we go to see who we'll fight in the next round the name had been erased and instead someone wrote "that is a secret" but that in itself made it pretty obvious I was up against Rani and Xellos. Then I woke up. Lucky for Milgazia because I had considered dressing him up as Filia in desperate effort to trick the trickster and win. XD

I finally downloaded Gurumin from the PSN, though I bought it some time ago. I also got a PSN mini that looked like Cloud pretending to be Link. It's called Zenonia. I haven't actually played them yet, but I'll get to it as soon as I do some stuff online. XD Whenever I get around to play them, as usual I'll blog about it.

May 14 - I had some really weird dreams last night... One was about sitting in front of a TV watching an odd movie. It was sort of a high school theme with some girl that looked a bit like Moni from TWTYH and some asian guy. I think they triggered the dream, except Aki didn't have his hair dyed and their backgrounds were different as they both went to school in America. There was something about some evil sorcerer they had to stop. Odd... The other dream followed the same theme, except I was also a student of the same school and for some reason I was there when the evil wizard was trying to sacrifice the students. The protagonists should have been just outside the gates at that time. I was trying to escape, though a statue carved into a tree tried to prevent it. I fought it and reached the school gates anyway. Sure enough, the protagonists were there, arriving for the finale of the movie, but then I woke up. It's like I had a dream about watching a movie, then I had a dream about dreaming about the movie I just dreamed about. Weird. XD

May 17 - Horrible weather for most of the afternoon. It just stopped storming and I finally got online. Stupid bad weather affecting the electricity and getting in my way.

May 18 - The weather isn't cooperating these days, but I'm making progress with my upcoming fansite. I should have it done in a week or so. Most of the information is all typed up. I just need to go over it for any corrections, organize everything and finish the visuals. I actually started with the writing just to see how much I could write about such a minor character. I think around 8,000 words of information makes for a decent fansite, yes? I'll have lots of pretty graphics too, I just need to make them. I'll be focusing on that so I'll probably only update Slayers: Alive until this is done, then I'll get back into updating Loyalty (Pokemon) and Slayers: Days. Once Loyalty is done I'll get started on the Golden Phoenix revamp since I'll only have Days to update then, so I'll have some extra time. I have the full outline for Loyalty done and the outline for several upcoming chapters of Days. I also have part of Loyalty chapter 14 written (it'll have 15 chapters in total) so rest assured, I fully intend to finish all these stories.

May 23 - The upcoming fan site (those who follow me on Deviant Art already know what it's about) is coming along nicely. It's taking longer than I thought, but I'm getting somewhere! I've been focused on that for the last few days and have only been updating Slayers: Alive. As soon as this is done, I'll make a few small changes to Golden Phoenix and dub my collective revamped. I'll still be updating Slayers: Alive the whole time. I'll get back to Loyalty (Pokemon) and some more cursor and icons for TWTYH and Slayers. Next up is Slayers: Days, then my new Mario story.

My slayers dream recently made sense as I have been watching slayers recently and listening to Slayers fics. As for last night... I don't get it. I haven't seen of thought of anything Greamlings related in years. So why did I have the odd dream about the main white and brown cute little Gremling stowing away on an airplane and me finding the little guy? I decided to take him home, pretended to take a bathroom break and stuck out to the parking lot to put him in my car. He was so cute, the little guy looked scared too, I just told him to wait there and I would take him home. I almost offered him candy but remembered not to because it was past mid night so I couldn't feed him until sun up.

Fast forward, after work I left in the car. They were doing light checks as the cars left the enclosed parking lot. I hit the Gremling under the seat and they didn't see them, the checks weren't too detailed I guess being an employee helped in that. They had to work fast because people were angry at the delay leaving the parking lot and it made no sense to check the cars leaving rather than the ones coming in, which is never done anyway. Rumors flew about terrorists and no one realized that they were looking for a Gremling... I made it out and then I woke up.

There's a Taiga doll on episode 20 of DRRR!! XD I finished the series and the specials. My fav character is Shizuo. ^_^ The ending was left hanging so I'm hoping for a sequel. It's slow at first but it gets good after a few episodes. I don't know why the first few are so choppy, it really can turn people away from an otherwise good series.

I had another Pokemon dream last night. It took place in the Inheritance continuity. Something went wrong with the powerup Gio received and there was some sort of "illness" that didn't affected and was not possible to catch just by being around him. However, it was possible to catch it with more personal (lemony) activities. Thus Delia ended up getting sick. Apparently Kair was able to "suppress" the illness with her psychic powers so they had to stay close, while at the same time Kair was sent on a mission to recover some rare thing that was an ingredient to make a cure for Delia. I think this might be connected to Nafatali's dream which she posted on her blog about the mission Kair and Delia were in. http://menkaankhesen.livejournal.c…

Then the dream skips ahead and get all random. Delia is now stable, but her ears are long and pointy with pink fur at the end and she had a Mew tail. However, her powers only emerge when she feels strong emotions at which points she enters a sort of trance and acts on instinct with no reasoning to control the results of her power. Usually those outbursts involve her summoning a sort of metronome by moving her tail from side to side (rather than the finger movement) with her eyes glowing white. The result of this is random it could be psychic energy, or water, or fire, or electricity or anything. No one can predict or control it and it cannot be summoned by free will.

The dream skips again. Kair is at Gio's mansion with Scarlet and Silver. Scarlet is sleeping and Silver is looking around curiously. They put Scarlet on a crib to rest and Silver is given to Delia to hold. She picked up a little Persian plush to give to Silver and points out to Kair that she felt Silver taking the toy with his psychic energy before she actually brought it within his reach.

The dream skips yet again to rapid random scenes of baby Silver grabbing stuff with his psychic powers and something being unable to fully "carry" them if they're too big/heavy which results in him knocking things over all the time and Lance somehow getting stuck cleaning after him.

An update on my dreams from the past weeks. I've been meaning to write about them, but have been getting side tracked. Anyway, these happened on different nights.

Dream 1: Rise of the Shadow Dragon Crackfied

The dreams starts and I already automatically have some knowledge about the situation. There's this dragon that's evil and appears every thousand years to consume the soul of "impure dragon children" which may be those of mixed blood and those who have used shadow arts. In other words, both Lance and Kair are in danger and also Salu. She retreated to her island to cast some spells and form a shield that would hopefully attract and capture the dragon's dark power. She somehow also could use the coming of the dark dragon spirit to amplify her shadow power at the risk of the dark side consuming her... She used that power to sense Kair and told Gio her location.

However, Delia who is now fully informed about basically everything, dark dragon included (it looked like a ghostly Zekrom) has somehow convinced Gio that the safest place for Kair is with Lance because they both realized that the spells Salu was casting were not working and the very coming of the shadow dragon spirit was literally driving her insane. Delia thinks that Lance is the only one who can protect Kair because he's a "pure dragon child" (as far as she knows). Gio had apparently read some ancient book he got from Salu which is where Delia got her theory and he knew she was right (or would be if she were right about Lance).

None the less, they decide to give tech a shot instead of ancient magic and with studies in pokemon digitalization (as it is theorized that the dragon spirit is or was a sort of pokemon) Gio has his scientists build a machine that can track and weaken the dark dragon. He decides to ship this to Kair to keep her safe for the time being until the threat is gone, then he can force her to return and kidnap his grandchild when she has it (he thinks it's just one baby).

He send none other than Comet and Pixel with the delivery. The truth, that Gio knows where they are will be obvious, but now's not the time for a confrontation. They deliver the machine and set it while Lance is out getting supplies. Then he arrives to see Kai eating pizza with two Rockets and thinks badly of them because they tried to "poison" Kair. In truth, Comet was having a big pizza burger (burger meat & cheese between slices of pizza) and Pixel was drinking pancake syrup so Kair randomly decided she wanted to do both things to... then she got a really bad tummy ache and Lance accused the Rockets of tricked her into it... XD

Anyway, Com and Pix are leaving soon anyway and Kai manages to calm Lance into not picking a fight. Pix shows them how to use them machine, but upon doing so discovers that Lance is not a pure dragon child. Kair, she knew about, because she's only half, but Lance was supposed to be full blood (yeah they all knows lots of things even they never formally found out). so the machine (it looked like the floating terminals in Phantasy Star Portable 2 with a bunch of laser things sticking out, like the ones with a stick with rings and a ball at the end.) the machine also tells Pixel about Lance's nature (yeah, it can detect a lot of stuff). Kair starts asking while Lance is all like "I told you they were trouble!"

So in the end, since neither Lance nor Kai can operate the machine's defense lasers (it won't respond to them because their "tainted" dragon children and their energy interferes, however it responds just find to pure dragon children or regular humans) Com and Pix end up staying. Pixel then starts getting tech out of capsules like in Dragon Ball Z and the cabin is turned into some high tech fortress that deserves Lance's O.O face. And the four must coexist in the fortress so Pix can operate the defense terminal and shoot lasers at the shadowy spirit and Com is there (he admits it) to watch her back... because the boys think the other is trouble, even if the girls are getting along.

Dream 2: Devil May Cry plus Phantasy Star Portable 2 with a hint of Disgaea

My character that I play as in Phantasy Star Portable 2 has somehow acquired Flonne's personality (from Disgaea). She has the usual white and blue Emilia-style outfit but her weapon are not the knuckles like in the picture in DA, (that and the electric and fire sabers are my main hunter weapons). Instead she is a force and thus uses my main force weapon, the rod with the wings.

She knocks on the door of Dante's shop (Devil May Cry) and it goes like this:

Dante: "Come in"

Mikari-Flonne: *goes in and sees Dante eating pizza* "are you Dante?"

Dante: "yeah, got a job for me?"

M-F: "please forgive me, but I must slay you now..." *gets rod ready*

Dante: *ignores*

M-F: "aren't you going to do anything?"

Then suddenly a lot of monsters break in. They had been following MF because she's an angel/celestian.

MF: "minions!"

MF thinks Dante summoned them and starts fighting. Dante is mad that they're trashing his shop and fights as well. Then he leaves to figure out what's going on and MF follows him but loses track of him.

A whole game in which I play as my PSP2 character passes by, the best part? I can jump and used the light wings to float like in Ratchet & Clank! So it plays like an action RPG kind of hack&slash with platformer elements, such awesome game play! along the game I fight many monsters and sometimes Dante saves my character but she is convinced that he happened to be there because he summoned the monsters and he's trying to kill her. Then in the end after they fight off a boss (and Dante is not a stupid AI thank goodness, though it's kind of ooc that he's such an obedient AI) one stray minor enemy that they missed dashes by. The monster is being chased by the wannabe from the new game.

MF becomes furious saying that the creature is so horrible his existence is a sin. Dante's pissed off too at the lame copycat. This is the true final boss battle, they both trash the lame wannabe. After that's done, Dante realizes what's been going on. That guy's existence had both Heaven and hell pissed off, hence why there have been monsters causing trouble and an angel assassin was sent. MF realizes that her true target wasn't the cool Dante, it was the false Dante.

MF: "Target neutralized, mission accomplished! I should head back to Celestia and report... sorry I caused you trouble Mr. Dante."

Dante: "Nevemind and just call me Dante"

They both go their separate ways with MF using her light wings to fly up and disapear in the sky, and Dante goes back to his shop and orders pizza like nothing happened. This would be such an awesome game! It would also he hilarious to see Dante dealing with a Flonne-like character, though my PSP2 character is not like Flonne, she's a sadist. :P

Dream 3: The Little Rocket Mermaid

The sea and land kingdom were indeed aware of each other and people could transform into merpeople or humans at will. Lance was the prince of the land and Giovanni the king of the sea, those two were at war because Gio, despite having a much larger territory than Lance (there was a lot more water than land) wanted the land for himself too. Kair and Lance were in love and Kair wanted to go live on land, which she could do since she they could all transform between humans and merpeople easily, but of course Giovanni didn't want Kair going up there.

The characters were amusing. I saw 4 different styles of merpeople. Salu was a squid like Ursula but thinner. There were 3 types of fish tails that I drew and posted at DA as pixel bases. Delia had a pink Ariel style tail (first one on pic) and pink sea-shell bra. She was the most Ariel looking mermaid. Others such as Kair and Pixel had a different tyle of tail with a wider double fin instead of the two separate Ariel fins, in the style of mermaids such as Maddison and Aquamarine, (second on pic). Kair's tail was a shiny silver which was apparently rare. Pixel had a blue tail. Comet, Gio and Lance had shark style tails, though Lance spent most of his time on land. They were similar to the Little Mermaid sharkaniands, except sharkanians were half anthropomorphic sharks and all the characters in the dream were human from the waist up regardless of the style of their merpeople forms.

Lance and Salu both had pointy ears, a sign of the dragon clan (only for those who were at least 75% dragon clan, which means Kair, being 50% dragon clan had normal ears). Other than that the only other difference was that Gio had fangs but he was the only shark that had them since neither Comet nor Lance nor anyone else have fangs. The bottom/front of the shark tails was always white, the top/back/fins was a different color. Gio had black, Comet orange and Lance red. Also the Rocket girls except Delia, all used black shirts with red Rs (albeit shorter and sleeveless) instead of the sea-shell bras. The men were all shirtless (yay fanservice!) and had some chains with red Rs on them around their necks, with Gio having the biggest red R with rubies. Gio also had a trident XD but thankfully being the king of the sea didn't make him forget how to shave so yeah no yucky beard.

Ash was younger, about 4 or 5 years old. He had the shark style tail like Gio with an indigo color, no fangs. He was kind of like Kair's Flouder. XD Jessie and James both had the second style of tail red for Jessie and light blue for James. Ariana was the only shark girl I saw, with a tail in a lighter shade of red than Lance's. Archer and Proton had the second tail style (I'm kind of surprised Proton wasn't a shark lol) teal for Archer and light green for Proton. Petrel had the Ariel style tail in purple. They all had these skirt things, some Hercules style and some Egyptian style, though not all the time, just when they were going up to land because in human form they had to wear something and pants would make it difficult to quickly transform into merform.

I was woken up by my own laughter when the executives started singing 'Under the Sea' to Kair... Proton: "Darling it's better down where it's wetter..." *wink* and no one is going to take that the wrong way... XD XD XD

Question: What do you call the child of your parent's cousin? I'm guessing that your parent's cousin is your second cousin, so would that make his/her child your third cousin?

Dream: I was watching a race, it was in the water, he was riding his Gyarados and there were some others on different pokemon. Comet... on Gyarados... racing on some water... shirtless... yes... HOT! Should I really be having this sort of dreams about my own OC?

I'm having fun at Regnoran http://www.regnoran.proboards.com XD I RP Nagare, Ryuusei and Fuzen. Naga is in a "husband hunt" determined to marry in the next year. Ryuu is very carefree and sometimes talks to much. Fuzen is a big bully with lots of muscle, no brain and the habit to shout whatever he's saying even if the one he's talking to is right in front of him.
