Honestly? Lately, I have felt crushed. 💔 The cold here is freezing our bones right now. The wind cuts through the tent, and the weight of everything we have been through—the hunger, the fear, the exhaustion—felt like it was finally breaking me.
Despite the freezing cold and the empty stomach, she sits on the floor with her toys 🧸. She lines them up like students. She holds a stick like a teacher. She doesn't have a classroom, or a whiteboard, or even a real breakfast, but she refuses to stop playing "school."
She refuses to let the war take her imagination and willigness to learn and live.
I know many of you have been worried because I disappeared. The truth is, I lost my phone 📵, simcard my only window to the world. I was locked in silence, unable to reach my brother, my best friend, or any of you. And while I was cut off, disaster struck: our previous campaign was deleted due to banking restrictions. 🚫
All the progress we made together... gone. We are back to square one in the middle of winter.
But because of Rokaya's strength, I am trying again. I managed to recover this account today, and we have created a NEW, fully verified campaign ✅.
We are starting from scratch. We literally need just ONE EURO 💶.
