People -and therefore characters- can have self-esteem issues while also being convinced they are the GOAT, and I think not aknowledging that often gets in the way of character analysis.
"pretending to be confident, but deep-down actually insecure" is definitely a character type that exists, but "genuinely confident but there are a few things she doesn’t trust herself with," or "genuinely hyperconfident in her abilities but entirely unsure of her worth beyond that," or "genuinely hyperconfident in herself but if you push these 3 mental pressure points in a specific pattern she will be a sobbing mess on the floor" are characters who exists as well. And they're all beautiful.

Went to the grocery store with my kindergartener. We weighed some bananas: 2 pounds even. We weighed a watermelon: 4 pounds even. We weighed some mangos: a little over 1 pound. We weighed the watermelon AND the bananas: 6 pounds even.

"baby names" is a real misnomer because they're often permanent
there's three rules of naming babies:
- what do the initials spell? (I was *this close* to being DMV)
- what are the the different abbreviations/contractions/etc? (Michael Hunt, William Stroker, Richard Small, etc)
- the name that sounds cute on your little gurgling bundle of joy will still be the one they have when they are an adult filling out a job application. Remember that.
Optional Bonus: if your baby will ever have a job one day, ensure that their email address (if in the standard First Initial, Last Name format) will not be something embarrassing.

something we don’t talk about enough is how bran watched jaime and cersei bone without their consent, which is really predatory behavior. abusive maybe.
I think we also don’t talk enough about how Bran letting himself be thrown out the window was really traumatic for Jaime. Bran really shouldn’t have let that happen, he should have been more considerate about how his decision to fall would affect Jaime

Jaime’s reaction to throwing him out was merely a defensive response—what Bran did was not only intrusive, aggressive and stupid, it also put Jaime in a vulnerable position, open to attacks and threats. Yes, Bran was only seven/eight, but he’s got to learn boundaries somehow. Blaming Jaime for Bran’s wrongdoings is ageism against adults, especially against a man with a dark past such as him, which is a no-no. Intriguing how Bran stans ignore this.
And Jaime is literally femme coded so bran’s actions were misogynistic as well
