There were multiple times during this episode that I was in genuine disbelief how fucking insane dukat is. He started a cult around worshipping bajoran satan, raped one of his followers, used his status as cult leader to cover up the fact that she then bore his illegitimate child, attempted to murder her to hide the evidence, and THEN he goes to Kira and goes don’t you think this is so awesome.
