Senior Leadership Team

Andrew was appointed Director of Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery Trust in January 2016, having previously served as Head of Collections and Programming. He leads Tullie’s major Project Tullie and has developed partnerships with organisations including the British Museum and the Imperial Decree Museum in China. Andrew is a Fellow of the Museums Association, a Trustee of Sunderland Culture, and a Director of the Carlisle BID Company.

Anna has worked at Tullie since 2011, progressing from Learning Assistant to Head of Collections & Engagement, with strategic responsibility for curatorial practice, learning, and volunteering. She is the Museum’s Designated Safeguarding Lead. Anna has led nationally recognised engagement work and is an experienced cultural leader, also chairing Borderlines, Carlisle’s literature festival, and managing the city’s Chinese New Year celebrations.

Amy has worked at Tullie since 2004 across a range of roles and is now Head of Strategy and Capital Programme. She leads the Project Tullie team and has delivered projects spanning capital works, exhibitions, festivals and partnerships, including international collaborations. Amy has been recognised with the Carlisle Cultural City Award and was named University of Cumbria Alumni of the Year in 2025.

Katie joined Tullie in 2019 and progressed from Bookings & Hospitality Coordinator to Head of Commercial & Operations. She oversees venue hire and events, catering, retail, visitor experience and estates maintenance. Prior to joining Tullie, Katie worked at Carlisle United in a range of commercial, hospitality and ticketing roles.
