hello,
im new, ive read a bit and i thought id introduce myself.
I cant bare to put my fat stats down here -
I think its fair to say I way vastly more than most people here, its awful.
I need to lose weight for good and quick.
I've got an ongoing exercise plan and im dieting hard, but its difficult and i break so easily.
A special person is coming to visit me on friday and i need to look better than this -
I read the 3 day diet, I think I'm going to do that but I cant eat egg at work so will just eat the toast - what do you guys think?
if anyone can offer support I'd be grateful.
