Hello and welcome to  swicontest, an icon contest for the vast franchise that is "Star Wars." Challenges will be posted weekly, with a theme of some kind, a specific picture, etc. It's up to the mod what the challenge will be.R U L E S 01. Challenges will be posted at the start of the week, usually Sunday, with voting held on either Friday or Saturday, depending on when the challenge is initially posted. Winners will be announced on the day of the new challenge. 02. As of now, you may post FOUR icons per challenge, unless otherwise stated. It must fit LJ's requirements of 100x100 pixels and be under 40KB. 03. PLEASE do not use the icon[s] you're submitting before the winners are posted. This helps prevent people from knowing who made the icon, thus preventing voting based on friendship or popularity. 04. Vote fairly. Please do not vote for your friends, strictly based on your friendship. Vote for what you think is best - creativity, skill, and other qualities that do not cross the personal barrier. And DO NOT vote for yourself, even if you think your icon is the best. Give others a chance. Thank you. 05. Do not bash another's work. If you do so, you will automatically be banned from the community. 06. If you are not a participating member of the community and would like to use an icon, please ask the maker of the icon if you can use it before doing so. Snagging isn't nice - ask first. ALWAYS give credit to the maker. 07. Want to affiliate? Comment here and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
