In VS Code, i can press ctrl + shift + p, and a dropdown menu will appear. This menu has last used elements.

Can i pin some of them? I don't need quick access buttons (shortcuts).

If not - Is it possible to do this via custom CSS? I tried to add custom CSS recently, but it didn't work, maybe someone else did?
