My boss Frank handed me a paper with this line and told me to ignore the prepositions. What is he on about?

Direct straightness investigator to raze rank flat with calm concentration.

Frank is

even, right here for sure…

Why

If we break up the clues like so:

Direct (in the sense of aim), straightness investigator (a tool), to raze, rank, flat, with calm, concentration (as in the concentration of a certain substance)…

We have synonyms for the word ‘Level’.
