Hey you guys! Do we want to jumpstart this or what? I have three links to share:
Calories Per Hour tracks how many calories you've burned during the day. A ridiculously long list of possible activities. You wouldn't believe how all the little things add up!
Put Down the Donut is a great place to visit when you need that one last kick in the ass. Joelle is funny, and she's got food reviews, recipes, inspirational essays, links, and a kickass forum. Definitely worth a look.
Fit Day tracks every fitness goal you could imagine. It's really, really helpful because along with counting the calories you've eaten, it also figures out the percentages of vitamins and minerals and other nutritional goodies you've eaten. This site is really, really helpful.
Are you guys making progress? Talk, man!
I had a bit of a backslide earlier this week which really depressed me, but it also got me back on track and seriously working out. I'm back down to my weight from last week, which is good, and I'm doing really well this week.

I propose The Everday Exercise Challenge. I found it at a fitness blog on the web. This what it's about..
So, anyone else with me?
(Crossposted to my journal).
The rules are very simple. I'm not going to tell you what constitutes as exercise, it's totally tailored to you. If your idea of exercise is two hours on the bike or two minutes jogging, then that's what you do. You just have to do it every single day until the 1st.I'm going to do it. However, I'm extending it until September 8 (first day of school for me!) because that gives me a nice six-week span of time.

However, any discussions of "I'm not eating" or "I binge and purge" will be rectified immediately and we recommend to you professional counseling offline for those matters concerning anorexia and bulimia. We are not here to direct your eating or exercise plans but merely to offer suggestions for foods/recipes and workout plans. Feel free to start posting!

tocomfortyou (who found it from another friend), we reveal to you "Maintaining Weight Loss." If you're already doing many of these things, you're off to a great start!
Also,
tocomfortyou and I have recently been delving into Tae Bo, which we have deemed The Holy Grail of Pseudo-Kickboxing/Aerobics/EVERYTHING. Definitely a recommendation for this program - it may be out of "style" (for those of you who've been watching I Love the 90's, you'll remember the Tae Bo era) but it works fabulously.
