LastMan shirt + Penguins of Madagascar backpack + carrying my iguana plushie around
(which all got noticed by a handfull of different people, I was so happy!)
I bought tons of news buttons and admired so many nice art prints even if I decided against getting some in the end (I was afraid they would get damaged on the trip back home, and even once I got home what would I make of them?) plus a couple of fanzines. The highlight of trawling the booth was probably finding Alien 9 stickers.
Unexpected bonus at the end of the day: stopping at a secondhand bookshop at get a couple of YA books, before getting dinner at that nice little Indian place.
OK, I won't attend this convention every year, but once in a while it's great!
