Sherlock: a study in pink, aka pilot vs. aired episode- Part one

So… I have to say it. I am addicted, like it wasn’t happening in a long time. Yes, I am addicted to the BBC’s Sherlock, and I’m not ashamed of admitting it (even if I find quite disturbing that I’ve already looked at the recorded episodes twice in a row….)

Unfortunately, the fact that the show is running on the Italian free channels just right now (after being showed on pay TV a whole back),  means also that I’ll never get the “real” DVDs for a while (also because I still record on tape. Sorry, haven’t reached that level of modernity yet…)

But, there are friends, and people who shares the same interests, and the internet. God blessed the internet, and, on my side, a considerate knowledge of the English language. Meaning: when you find someone who’s willing to send a copy of the bonus features, I’m a very, very happy girl. Like I am now, that I’ve seen, twice as well, the unaired pilot of the series.

And, let’s admit it, had I seen this one, I wouldn’t be watching the show right now…

(Almost my entire reflections are under the cut, as a matter of security)
