Csi- the series finale

After thousands of episodes and 15 years... yesterday CSI ended.
What I got out of the two-hours tv-movie?

But, yeah... it's been a good 15 years.  And there are things I will always love and treasure, like the short stunt of Liev Schreiber as CSI Michael Keppler back in 2007-2008 for four memorable episodes.

Just wondering... has anyone seen it? Because, maybe it's because I've grown up with James Van Der Beek's Dawson's Creek, but I'm pretty sure I'm half-way in love with the show.
(And yeah, I'm loving it more than the othre two spoin-offshows of the franchise, NY and Miami.)

Csi, mentalist and other tv-shows

Tecnically, CBS hasn't confirmed it yet, but with the 15th seasons finished already, and no new order for 16th season yet- and also few actors already moving to other projects without thier characters having been written off- it's almost positivie that there will be not a new season of CSI.
i used to be an avid watcher during the first few years, then I suddenly got angry at Grissom and left for a couple of seasons. I also didn't watch it a lot when Fishburn was the boss, as I didn't appreciated too much his character- there was a lot to be said about the actors' acting, especially the ones who were more famous. For example, I always looked twice at Senise in CSI New York, because his acting was definitely not stellar (and not worth an Oscar winner).
Then... I returned to the show. I' ve been watching it non stop since season 11 again (because I loved Elizabeth Shue's Finn, and because I adored Tedd Danson, and Sara was back full time...), and well... it's  a little hearth-breaking knowing that next year two of my shows - CSI and The Mentalist, finishing its 7 seasons run this evening-will not be around any longer. (3 if we count Melissa and Joey).
So... yeah. I'll miss you guys.
(And I'll also miss not having few answers. Such as: Were Nick and Sara into a romantic relationship? Is Finn gonna wake up from the coma? Will Morgan date Greg Sanders or Hodgins?)
