kind of maybe / probably the first romcom to integrate such a specific and Real aspect of zillenial+ gen z life/existence, and does so sooo well. the balance of such an incredibly intense subject and the humor/love representative of the genre and what it means for accepting this phenomenon as a “normal” part of this generation’s life. like… to have a romcom (undeniable!) be centered around a subject like this and it feeling like a very plausible/normal/funny yet realistic plot…..…

i have so much to say as a movie lover, as an actor, as a shakespeare lover & actor, and god it’s impossible to say it all in a review right after i watch it, but there’s this:

can’t stop crying ! everyone involved in this did a beautiful fucking job. the performances were raw and beautiful and honest, the direction was marvelous, it looked stunning, i love how nature was portrayed/shown, etc.
