still the best opening credits of all time, rest of it's pretty good too. know i've said it before, but movies truly did used to have richard edson in them. also know my brain's kind of broken, especially visiting a few filming locations before and after the screening, but kind of lowkey a wiseman film

Einstein is something that never diminishes for me (to borrow Wilson's words "i liked it, and i still like it") and with something that just cuts through cynicism by playing to your subconscious you might worry that "explaining" the rationale behind things could work against that sort of intuitive subjective engagement, but found that hearing the thematic resonances of time, context, and association only deepened my feelings for it.
