Interesting concept but the real highlight here are the performances of Jamie Dornan and Anthony Mackie and the good chemistry between them. A perfect example that Sci-Fi contains much more than epic space battles and action-packed alien invasions.

I forgot how stupid the solution of the crime is. Not even the great cast can save this dull production.

Pretty underwhelming! I've had high expectations after seeing this movie on so many best of the year lists... even some best of the decade mentions... and tons of rave reviews and positive comments! But the result was a pretty generic zombie movie with decent makeup effects, an ok soundtrack and a convincing apocalyptic atmosphere. But the overacting on tv sopa opera level throughout the whole movie killed almost every moment of suspense. I am clearly in the minority with my opinion... Idk, maybe I have to rewatch it after a while and give it a second chance.

I would have liked to see a sci-fi-thriller version of the story instead of this silly, Disneyfied kindergarten trip!
