We welcome everyone who works in, studies, or is just curious about the fields of translation and interpreting, and related fields such as TI instruction, tape transcription, etc.
Here you may ask questions about the field, share your experiences, and amuse us all with stories of dictionary abuse and all-around bad translations you've encountered.
I would like to see this be a place where we can ask "how do you deal with this" and get some professional answers.
People who work in all languages are welcome; please define any words in other languages that you may use, to help those who don't speak those languages!
