Rachel

Rachel, portrayed by Sonya Salomaa is Castiel's lieutenant in the civil war against Raphael. As an angel, she possesses the ability to teleport from heaven to earth, when the situation requires it. It is referenced at one point that Castiel and Rachel are friends, but as for what that means to an angel is not told.

She acts as a replacement and stand-in for Cas when he is having difficulties with the war in heaven. When Dean prays for Cas to come and help them, she appears instead and berates him and Sam for relying on him so much when his troubles are monumental compared to theirs. She is much less compassionate than Castiel would be with the brothers, telling them to grow up and that they are extremely insignificant.
