A/N: DH spoilers, obviously. And I imagine this as taking place before they had kids, or even thought of having kids.

Ginny was sleeping when he left. He kissed her forehead, placed the note on his abandoned pillow. He wanted to say goodbye, but he couldn't stand that look she always gave when she was left behind.

He slipped into the Ministry, unnoticed and silent, careful footsteps led him by memory and instinct to the dais.

For just a moment, he thought of Ginny, but he'd grown used to missing someone. She would, too.

The veil still looked the same as always, the same voices whispered, but more fervently now, beckoning him. He could almost understand them now.

He stepped forward.

A/N: I imagine that when you're dead, time is merely a humanly constraint. This all happens between the time Harry turns the stone over and they all appear. There has to be a moment, right? When they are back together and all is right and tonks is dead and gone damn it.

Remus awoke to Sirius crouching next to him. They were in the woods, inexplicably, and Sirius was translucent.

“Huh,” Remus said, “I've gone completely round the bend, haven't I?”

“No, you've merely died.” Sirius was grinning as he helped Remus up and grabbed him. Something was building in his chest, tight and overwhelming, and he clung to Sirius.

“Why-?”

“We've got to help Harry. He's dying.”

“Oh,” Remus said. He found it hard to be concerned when Sirius was so close. “I missed you.”

Sirius pulled him tighter. “I never left you, Moony. I was waiting right here for you.”

Characters: Ron, Ginny, Molly
Rating: G

The two youngest Weasleys cowered in the corner as Molly brandished her broomstick at them.

"THAT FLOOR WAS SPOTLESS THIS MORNING, AND NOW LOOK! JUST LOOK AT IT!"

"What's wrong with it?" Ginny asked innocently.

"It's DIRTY, that's what!" her mother bellowed. "MUD EVERYWHERE!"

"Mum, it's been raining for three days. Of course there’s going to be mud when we go outside to play Quidditch." Ron protested.

"QUIDDITCH! I'LL GIVE YOU QUIDDITCH! YOU – "

"Let's go and jump in some puddles," suggested Ginny.

"Yeah," Ron agreed, and they made a break for the door before anything else could go wrong.

Masks/Best

Title: Masks
House: Slytherin
Word Count: 100
Characters/Pairings: Ginny
Rating: PG
Challenge: Forbidden

We all wear masks. Every single one of us has something to hide. For some it's some small flaw they hide.  For other, like me, the masks are complex charades. It's been years since he started whispering in my mind. Since the year he took me over body and soul. My family blithely goes along pretending that nothing changed. But it did; I did. I am no longer the sweet innocent girl that boarded the train years ago. I've grown up. I've seen him watching her. The shy looks and half smiles that should be mine. Harry will be mine!

Molly Weasley could tell you that Bill was a wonderful Curse Breaker. Charlie was phenomenal with animals, especially dragons. Percy knew every rule and followed them all to the letter. The twins, had turned making mischief into an art form. Ron was a strategist at chess. And Ginny? Well, Ginny was good at Potions. She brewed, stirred, and decanted the potion carefully. She added it to Harry's tea, and as she noted the shy and interested looks he was now giving her;she smiled. She slipped the remainder of the Amortentia into her pocket. Yes, Ginny was very good at potions.

Mind Games

Title: Mind Games
Word Count: 100
House: Slytherin
Challenge: Games

A/N: After reading sor_bet's drabble "Children's Games" and her comment about Harry having more to do when he reached the legal age of magic than to mess with his cousin...well this came to mind.

Every year Ginny watched her husband jot down a few quick sentences and send the owl. Recently, Harry had started using the Muggle computer for the job. But the ritual never changed and yearly his cousin Dudley got a new greeting from him.

“Why?” she finally asked after several years.

“Just to let Dudley know I am still alive and thinking of him,” was the reply.

“He moves a bit.”

“A lot. But I manage to find him.”

“Why bother? Dudley made your life hell.”

“I suppose I’m returning the favor,” Harry said smugly as he hit the send button.

Raising the Stakes/With a Smile

Title: Raising the Stakes
House: Ravenclaw
Word Count: 100
Characters/Pairings: Dumbledore, Voldemort
Challenge: Games
A/N: This started out as a poker game, but I bent the rules to suit my purposes.

Killing curses are high; lightning-scars are wild.

One hand holds a horcrux, a pair of vivid green eyes, a splash of red, and a tactical bookworm. Stakes are raised.

The other holds a double agent, a dreadful betrayal, and a set of three followers: a loyal disciple, a promising young recruit, and a scared mother.

The second player discards the double agent, and picks up a remorseless woman.

The first picks up the discarded double agent, sure there is something valuable in it the other is missing.

Stakes are raised. The game continues, each player waiting for the perfect hand.

Title: The Threat
Characters: Ginny, Ron
Rating: PG-13 for language
A/N: And an attempt at humor in the midst of all of this horror.

“Ginny. Please, you’ve made a mistake.” Ron was as white as milk behind his freckles.

Ginny scowled at him. “I don’t think so. Plenty of people saw you. Hermione’s been crying all afternoon.”

“It was business! Undercover, for work! Oh, god, I can explain it all later, but please, just put them back!”

Ginny swore, but flicked her wand at Ron. He collapsed with relief. “It was top secret; I couldn’t tell anyone.”

Ginny sighed. “Well, at least now you know that I was serious when I said I’d hex your bollocks off if you ever repeated the Lavender fiasco.”

Motherhood

Another on topic drabble can be found here. Too long to post at hp100, however.

Title: Motherhood
House: Hufflepuff
Words: 100
Character(s): Ginny

The sun had shone bright that summer. Had a sky ever been so blue as the sky was then? She did not think so. Danger lacing the air, mingling with the scent of the cherry blossoms...the May of her sixth year. Life had been intense. Love had been too.

“Mummy, mummy!” A small hand tugged at her skirts. “Jamie’s stolen my puffskein again, tell him to give it back!”

“Give the puffskein back to your sister, Jamie,” she said, not removing her gaze from the window. Cherry blossom covered the garden.

The washing up was done. Now for the putting-away.
