Prepaid Fibre lets you stay connected without contracts or credit checks. You buy a once-off Starter Pack and top up with vouchers when you need more data.
How do I get started?
Sign up via our website or from any of our local sales teams, buy your starterpack, no debitorders, internet on your terms.

How do I top up after my 14 days?
You can buy a voucher for 7, 14 , 28 or 31 days. Top up online at portal.herotel.com or go to your nearest Easy Pay outlet with your Easy Pay number received via SMS & email during sign up and pay the exact amount of the deal that you’re interested in.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There’s no contract and no monthly bill. You only pay when you want to use it.
What speeds do I get?
You get 20mbps download and 5mbps upload with the starterpack.
After that you can choose from various options available — 20mbps and 50mbps are the most common. Login to our portal at portal.herotel.com to see more options available, with speeds up to 200mbps.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Where can I buy top-up vouchers?
On the Herotel User Portal or any local EasyPay outlet using your EasyPay account code. Some banks also have EasyPay such as Capitec and FNB — this might be an easy way to top up.
What happens if I don’t top up right away?
Your internet will stop and you will not be able to connect. If you’re inactive for more than 3 months we will cancel your account and collect the equipment. You will have to go through the entire exercise again to sign up and pay the starterpack fee, get a new easypay number.
Will I be online during power outages or loadshedding
Answer is yes, you will be, our sites runs on backup power, this means that if you have a UPS and your power is on, your internet will be on.
Can I transfer my balance to someone else?
No, balances can’t be transferred. Each account has its own data and top-ups.
