Posty McPost-a-lot
May. 18th, 2009 03:23 amAnyway, I just watched episode 4 of Quiz Show and I'm not sure I like how nervous it's making me.
So it was pretty obvious by the second show that all the guests have been people that were there the day whatever it was happened that resulted in Kamiyama's memory loss. And it's equally obvious that Honma at least thinks he knows exactly what happened. I'm thinking he's somehow related to the mysterious Misaki- her brother perhaps? (I know the drama wiki has the characters listed with different family names, but who knows if Honma is really his name? And I wonder if Kamiyama is his real name too, what with the amnesia and all.) At the end of episode four Honma's looking at a picture strategically positioned to only show himself and someone making a peace/victory sign, in a wooded area with a bridge in the background. And then, in Kamiyama's flashback after that, Kamiyama and Misaki are sitting in front of a fire, and he asks, "where is he?" implying that a third person is there with them as well.
I'm thinking that all of the contestants are secondary to Honma, and that his real target is Kamiyama. The question is, what exactly is he expecting from Kamiyama, and what is he going to do to him in the end? I have a feeling Honma's going to at least try to kill him. And this is why I feel nervous, because for all that Kamiyama is an ass to the contestants, I still like him. The extremes between his on and off personalities is absolutely fascinating.
Man, I don't like waiting.

While Sho and his dorky dancing and girly screams might play into it slightly, I do really like Kamiyama's character, and that he might be one of the most... I don't want to say honest, maybe forthcoming people there. He'll hit the nail on the head, then play it off as a joke, and manages to mostly get away with it. It'll be interesting to see how the whole thing plays out.no subject

Can't wait to see more!
