I feel so refined here, curled up under my blankets with a cup of peppermint tea and a cheese and cherry danish, catching up on yesterday's Twitter RP. XD

Yesterday was a bit crazy for me. My neighborhood association had their craft fair, and I sold my cellphone charms and bookmarks there. I made $90, which is awesome! *_* Not bad, for how small it was, and how few people actually came to it. I'm going to put what didn't sell up on the website I made a while back, and if I have time after I finish up my 2D design homework I might start photographing everything tonight.

And on an unrelated note: I don't know why this popped into my head, but it's something a friend of mine and I talked about ages ago. In the Hanadan dramas, it could have been fun if they included the whole cousin storyline somehow. And maybe cast, say... Mizushima Hiro as Domyoji's cousin? XD

The Hanadan Final US release is today, but no one seems to actually have it in stock, which means I'll have to order it online. I wanted to be able to go and buy my half naked Jun movie in person, dammit. TT_TT

In other news, my mom and I are going up to Mitsuwa, either Friday or Saturday. I've mapped out a new way to get there, so hopefully this time it won't take almost two hours to go the last five miles. In theory it's to go grocery shopping, but of course I plan to wander over to Sanseido as well. Not only do I intend to see what magazines they might have, I'm hoping to find a food/cooking related dictionary, because I've seen some really fun looking Japanese cookbooks, but can't use them.

Hmm... I wonder if Sanseido would have the US release of Hanadan. Maybe I'll look for it there, and if it's the same price, I'll pick it up then. It's not like I'm waiting to watch it or anything, I just want a copy to encourage further releases here. And so that I don't have to burn it to dvd myself. XD

And finally, since I'm in the mood to procrastinate, I want to do some more top five lists. (I'm still doing my top five Jun body parts, I swear.) So, ask me about my top five of anything, regardless of what it is. Doesn't have to be Arashi related. If it's something I know about, I'll do it. XD

Because if it did, Shun would totally be a guest on Shukudaikun. Could you imagine the state Jun's dignity would be in if Aiba and Shun were to combine forces? It would be a beautiful, beautiful thing.

(Why yes I enjoyed watching Jun and Shun dork it up during the Hanadan Final crank up video. Is it that obvious?)

In other news, I have to toss a load of laundry in so I can pack for Otakon. Pain in the ass, otherwise known as my best friend's boyfriend, wants to line up for the Vamps concert at dawn. ~~He's such a fanboy. But hey, if he wants to wait outside all day in the storms and 90+degree weather, he's welcome to it.~~ Anyway, that means we'll be leaving sometime after midnight, probably.

I've always said I was Jun-baited. But now that I think about it, that might not actually be true. Kimi wa Petto was the first jdrama I watched a few years ago, and I adored Jun in it. Not long after that a friend linked me to the Kitto Daijoubu video, and while I liked it, I didn't go any further into the Arashi fandom than that. I did however, sort of continue to follow Jun-the-actor. When I found out about Hanadan I was ecstatic, because that was one of my favorite mangas.

It was after watching Hana Kimi though, that the jdrama bug hit, and I started following several other actors, as well as Jun, very closely. Sho was the next member I paid attention to, but I still wasn't looking at anything other than dramas.

Toma was one of the actors I started following, which of course led to Maou. So it was because of Maou, Toma, Ohno, and Truth that I finally started paying attention to Arashi, despite having know about them for years at that point. I was a little late to the picture, but hey, I'm here now and that's what counts. XD

The question then becomes, was I Toma-baited into Arashi?

Dear Jun- you're still my favorite, I promise.
