Hi, I'm

uptheapples, and I've been making icons since...June 2004 or so, but this community has only been around since October of 2004.

Almost all the entries here are tagged, and you can find a list of those tags here. I tag by fandom, and occasionally I'll do a tutorial or make a (crappy) wallpaper or something. You can find those tags as well.

As far as rules go, I'm pretty lenient. If you want to use my icons at Greatest Journal or something, go ahead, just credit, please. And don't hotlink or post them on xanga. I hate xanga.

Also, please don't alter my icons. If you'd like me to add text you're welcome to ask. If I have time I might give it a shot. I do not save the psp files for my icons, so I can't change the text, but it can be added to textless icons.

And if you have any questions about a certain font or "how'd you do such-and-such," go ahead and ask. I'm happy to share my "secrets."
