Cleanse (リブート, Ribūto?, lit. Reboot), also known as Rewind, is a recurring status heal spell in the Final Fantasy series.

Cleanse is a White Magick spell that cures Disease status from one ally.
In the Zodiac versions, Cleanse is a White Magick 7 license and the spell is found in a treasure in the Cerobi Steppe's Terraced Bank. Cleanse can be used by White Mage, Red Battlemage, and Knight, although Red Battlemage and Knight can only learn it if they have the Espers Licenses—Red Battlemage through Shemhazai and Knight through Mateus.
In the original version, Cleanse is a White Magick 5 license that costs 45 LP to learn, and 20 MP to cast. The spell is bought at the Phon Coast for 5,800 gil.

Cleanse is a level 5 White Magic learned by several characters, as well as Siren (1★) and Golem (2★). It can also be equipped as a Materia by obtaining it as the Trust Master from Fran. It costs 5 MP and cures Disease from one ally.
