My first post in 2020. Late Happy New Year!

Channing and Jessie got back after a brief split at the end of 2019, and they are ready to let everyone know. Over the weekend, lots happened. Here is a timeline.

On Friday, Channing finally settle custody arrangement with Jenna Dewan. He was also happy that he reunited with Jessie, so he posted this:

I was in Seattle for a week, so I was not able to update much. On Wednesday, Channing did a Vodka bottle signing event in Hummelstown, PA. About 1000 people showed up, some even camped out in the parking lot a day before the event. I guess Hollywood stars rarely visited this town, so it was a big deal for many local people, esp. women. The event started at 6pm. I remembered reading that it was only scheduled for about two hours, but Channing stayed at the store until after midnight. It seems fans got one of the 1200 bottles of Channing's Vodka were very happy about meeting him in person. Here are some cute photos.

In other news, Channing is producing a new show for Amazon.The show "College” is created by Marja-Lewis Ryan (who worked with Channing on Netflix's "6 Balloons") and executive produced by Tatum and Jill Soloway （“Transparent” creator）. The series digs beyond the headlines that make college campuses ripe for drama and steps inside the shoes of six roommates as they hook up, mess up and grow up on their own terms.

Channing will be in London in June to tape an appearance for The Graham Norton Show. It looks like his Magic Mike Live London show is making progress. Graham Norton is a fun host, I am looking forward to watching it. The show will be aired on June 8th.

Also it is reported that Channing will team up with NBA superstar LeBron James to produce a comedy called Public Enemy. I think Channing probably got acquainted with James when both of them worked on Smallfoot. Then it led to this project. On the other hand he is now producing a live action movie Zombie Brothers for the Chinese market.

On private side, it seems Channing started to post more frequently on social media after his split. But he does not have to show off his body to get the attention. His posts and live video are about his hobby (riding motorcycle), his art (sketching), his Vodka business and his daughter. Also he and Chris Pratt are interacting with each other a bit. Here is a recent tweet from Pratt:

There are new Jamie/Kate family outing photos. The boy's hair is long now. It seems Kate got along with the boy. I am happy for Jamie. Keep it up. Jamie still has the weight he gained for the reformed Neo-Nazi role. I am not sure if he has finished that movie or not. In these photos, he is wearing a hoodie with the movie's logo on.





No professional news for Channing Tatum. The mainstream media are doing the stupid ring-watch thing. For example, today People.com has an article titled "Jenna Dewan Is Spotted Without Her Wedding Ring After Announcing Split From Channing Tatum". I don't understand the ring-obsessed gossip world, should they pay more attention to the fact that Dewan has already removed the matching tattoo she got when they had their honeymoon in Bali in 2009? Here is a comparison photo. She removed it somewhere between March 11 and April 7. I wonder if Channing has done it too. I know Jamie Bell removed his ERW tattoo.

People magazine also reported that Channing turned down roles in order to be with his family more. All I know is he has not filmed any live-action movie since Logan Lucky. It has already been almost 18 months now. I wonder if one of the movies he turned down was that Triple Frontier movie cuz that one required him to spend months in Hawaii. It seems to me Channing did make a lot of efforts to save the marriage. Back in December, the two took a short vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico to celebrate Dewan's birthday. But it seemed all Channing did was being Dewan's private photographer so she could post artistic photos on Instagram (here and here). Then December 16, Channing visited Dewan on the set of Man with A Plan. Dewan has a small guest role on it.



Before Christmas, they took Everly to see Nutcracker.



Then the family spent Xmas together. It looks like everything went down in the new year. Anyway many gossip publications claimed cheating and drinking were the causes of the split, didn't they notice one of the reasons might be the fact that they grew apart? Maybe Channing no longer wants to stay with a person who is so vain? The picture below said a lot about Dewan, didn't it? The funny thing is that People.com’s ring-watch article has this quote from a source “Jenna seemed a little gloomier than usual but otherwise okay. She often takes classes at the studio. She is a regular. Her practice and workouts seem very important to her.” She is just another fitness-obsessed vegan Hollywood celebrity.



And Channing is actually interested in things other than work (Smallfoot, Magic Mike musical and Born and Bred) and family (he took Everly to see Odysseo by Cavalia twice in January).

He spent time with veterans and talked about new ways of preventing suicide among Veterans.

And he didn't do these for publicity because no major media picked up these news. This is the Channing I respect.

Jamie Bell will be on the Late Late Show with James Corden tonight, so I need to remember to set up my DVR. I wish he would dance.

Also Kate has posted this recently. A lovely family. Many assumed she was pregnant. But that is not the case for now.

Channing took Everly to see a circus. She's almost five now.

First, Happy New Year to Everyone! I hope you all enjoy the holiday. I am back to work on the 2nd. Now I finally have time to update my journal.

During the last couple of weeks, Channing and family visited Disleyland, here is a cute picture of him and Everly.



The filming of Gambit is scheduled to begin in March. This time I think it is for real.

Also there is this cute story about Channing. There's an Italian TV personality / Singer called Cristiano Malgioglio. He has a popular song called "and I fell in love, but with your husband". Many people thought this song was inspired by football star Mauro Icardi. But in a recent interview on La Vita Live, Malgioglio revealed he dedicated the song to Channing.

Channing invited little Ella and her family to his Logan Lucky Premiere. It looks like she has warmed up to him. Who wouldn't?

Wow he turns 37 today. I quite like this photo from last Thursday. The woman beside him is Magic Mike Live's choreographer Alison Faulk.



And Channing just shaved his head. Ready for summer.



Also Jamie was on the poster for the last season of Turn AMC.

Happy Easter! The EW shared a few stills from Kingsman 2. Here is Channing, I think I see Merlin's bald head (Mark Strong) in the blurred background. I am not used to seeing Channing wearing glasses. I feel a bit bad for Pedro Pascal. He plays one of the Statesman agent, he probably has more screen time than CT, Jeff Bridges and Halle Berry, but his name is not on the teaser poster, he is also not in the first few movie stills released today.



But where is the trailer?

Anyway, this confirms that Mark Strong shared scenes with Channing. That's good.

In other news, Magic Mike Live's production designer Rachel O'Toole shared a few photos Channing took of his dancers. They're pretty good.

Also Logan Lucky release date has been moved up to August 18, but there will be additional filming on Thursday and Friday. In other news, Oscar winner, Moonlight star Mahershala Ali will join Channing and Tom Hardy in Triple Frontier.

Jamie was cute while wishing his Fiancée a happy birthday on Monday. He tweeted: "The happiest of birthdays to this beautiful girl. Not entirely sure how I got so lucky. Love you @katemara". He is very much like Channing when it comes to women in their lives. The difference between the misses is Kate does not overshare on social media.
